Tire Change Promotional In response to a Bannister Honda promotional which encouraged customers, by way of a discount, to book tire changes early, I booked a service visit (o In response to a Bannister Honda promotional which encouraged customers, by way of a discount, to book tire changes early, I booked a service visit (on-line) at the end of September to have the snow tires put on the vehicle on October 21. The change-over was completed in a timely fashion, despite the fact that, as I understand it, a couple of the "tire guys" had been given the day off. The service call would have been longer if, as indicated on the initial service request, the tires had not been on rims. As the promotional discount applied only to customers whose winter tires were on rims, I can not understand why there was confusion. Regardless, there is no indication on the invoice that a discount was applied to the total charge. More

More than Expected I took my car in to get my winter tires on and have an oil change. Tammy offered coffee in the lounge and/or a ride to where I needed to go.
