Their service department staff are excellent and they always exceed my expectations. Aside from this recent service, I showed up there last Saturday at 4:57 PM needing a new battery for my keyless entry. The shop was closing down and people were heading home for the weekend. They found a service tech to stay a few extra minutes and got me fixed up and on the road. We live in Salmon Arm so I really appreciated them helping me at the end of the day when I was passing through town. More

In hind sight, if I knew that I was to be charged $40, I should have asked or Tammy should have advised how much a brake service was and had that $40 applied to that amount. More

The driver was courteous and very cautious and friendly. I received a phone call when work was complete. Car arrived in approximately 20 minutes and returned me to the dealership. I signed the work order and the service attendant was pleasant and efficient. I must say I was pleased not to be bombarded with other incidentals in an effort to run up the bill. I will again visit this business when the need arises. More

I was thrilled to be shown my filters that needed replacing (not just told that it was needed and then done). The quoted price I was given was exactly what I paid. I was very impressed with how quick my appointment was. In the past I was told a time to return, only to come back and my car hadn't even been taking in...more than once. I was SO thrilled with my whole experience this time around. It was going to be my last "go" at Bannister before finding somewhere else to go. I most definitely will be back for future services.
