warranty air bag repair Tammy did it again!!!! i called checking on inventory for the recall m26 airbag replacement. they checked stock arranged an appointment that fit my s Tammy did it again!!!! i called checking on inventory for the recall m26 airbag replacement. they checked stock arranged an appointment that fit my schedule, offered the customer shuttle. when I arrived the estimated time of repair was quoted & I decided to wait for my car. while i waited she solved a mystery with my 2006 crv , ive had people tell me a tire must be rubbing on the right side, she explained its probably the ice melter on our roads splashing onto my hot exhaust , which makes sense. repairs were completed quicker than estimated . they had given my car a quick wask & cleaned my windows, thank you. In order for both my wife and I to test drive three vehicles of interest with two young children, he scheduled enough time to take each of us for a test drive for a total of 6. Additionally, he was more than willing to keep our eldest occupied with his chalk board artistry when necessary. The team, in general, was excellent. Agnieszka "Aggie" Jezewska was a ray of sunshine as the Financial Services Manager. She found a way to make this part of the process enjoyable. The sales managers and administrative support staff were flexible and welcoming to all members of our family. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Jason Tissington as well as Bannister Honda to anyone in the Okanagan interested in purchasing a used or new Honda vehicle. More
