Disappointed Appointment on arrival in husband's name. Told 3 hours. Had the shuttle to Superstore to gym. Phoned for shuttle, but after waiting 40mins, phoned again......they had made an error. She arrived in10 mins..great friendly driver. I had left only my cell number so they could phone when it was ready. They phoned my house instead. Talked to my husband who made some decisions about MY CAR. (Not that his decisions were not fine), but the reason I have a Honda is mainly due to the fact that the first two car dealerships I went to to buy a new car, for myself, the sales rep deferred to my husband. The Honda dealership dealt directly with me and I appreciated it and ended up buying my car. And the 3 hours ended up being 4.1/2 and to my knowledge they just added a new battery to the service order. Not sure if the employee was Tammy orandree who took the call for the shuttle. More

I received a call about something they had discovered that needed to be fixed, but I had to confirm that I was willing to pay for the extra item. I feel very confident that Bannister Honda Service Department will not try to up-sell me or mislead me in any way about needed work on my car. More

Winter tires I went in to price out winter tires. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered tires and rims which arrived in less than two days! They I went in to price out winter tires. Excellent experience at Bannister Honda I booked my recall on my civic and they got me in super easy and fast. Staff was very organized and were great with their reminders of the appointment I booked my recall on my civic and they got me in super easy and fast. I took the shuttle home and not long after I was called double checking if I needed the shuttle back or not also to tell me my civic was in the wash bay and almost done. My car was in great condition when I got it. All staff that I was involved with were pleasant, down to earth and very accommodating. More

Unexpected! My new to me MDX needed an oil change and diff service. I dropped it off. I have never been to this location before. I called a few hours later to pick up the car, but it wasn't ready. Tammy offered to drop my car off at work for me because I was on my way there! WHAT?!? At the end of my shift, I was blown away to realize that my vehicle had also been detailed!!!! Very unexpected!! Awesome service from beginning to end, way to go Bannister Honda!! I'll be back!!
