Customer Satisfaction I took my 2005 Honda Civic in for an oil change and maintenance check. When I had started it in the morning I noticed the DRL icon was on. We had been coming home last night in a driving rainstorm and the light must have got soaked which triggered the Icon to come on. I asked Tammy and George to check it out, and to check another small item which they did quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with how we have been treated over the years. This is our third Honda in our family now, we also have a 2009 Civic, and just bought a brand new CRV from Bannister in June. All three cars give us good service and we are impressed with the Sales and Service Departments. I have found that they can give good advice over the phone and have treated us well. We have just recently bought some new Toyo tires from them and they gave us the best price by far compared to the other tire shops. Looking forward to many more miles with this company More

winter tire purchase and installation Booked in vehicle for new winter tires, service and appt went very well. My only dissapointment would be that the "rebate form" they gave me was not Booked in vehicle for new winter tires, service and appt went very well. My only dissapointment would be that the "rebate form" they gave me was not valid. I purchased my tires on Oct. 15 and the rebate form I was given was for purchases made between July 4th and September 30th, luckily I went online and found another program that started on Oct 15th. If I had purchased the tires between Oct. 1 and Oct. 14 I wouldn't get any rebate at all. My other recommendation would be that the customer is given two copies of the work order as a copy must be mailed with the rebate. More

I actually enjoyed making a deal with Jason at Bannister. I have purchased many new and used vehicles in the past 60 years and I can say that working with Jason at Bannister Honda was one of the best experien I have purchased many new and used vehicles in the past 60 years and I can say that working with Jason at Bannister Honda was one of the best experiences so far. It was quite a long wait to get my vehicle, but Jason kept me up to date with the details, and even arranged for me to take a new Ridgeline for an extra drive to keep me interested. After it arrived, he gave me a very thorough run through of the new vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. I find the people at Bannister to all be very friendly and professional. Udai in finance worked quickly and efficiently to get the final details done. My new Ridgeline was perfectly cleaned and prepared for me to enjoy my drive home. The young fellow who did the detailing also deserves mention as it was late on a Saturday afternoon and he stayed to get it done. Well done Bannister!! More
