The Honda Sales person that served us was Jason Tissington, Jason helped us with our decision to purchase our vehicle, there was no pressure. Jason went above and beyond, giving us detailed information on the Honda CRV and answered all questions that we had regarding the car, which helped us with our decision. Jason was professional, friendly, cheery, and very helpful, clearly he loves his job selling Honda"s and working for Bannister Honda. The service however did not stop there, the staff at Bannister Honda are like a family that clearly have family values, we were guided through the purchasing process, friendly staff members, Udai Singha, David Ross, and true to Bannister Honda's good name we were informed that if we had any questions or concerns at any time they would be there to help, love that. We have owned four Honda CRV vehicles over time, in our opinion they are the BEST. Always Amazing!! I had gotten a reminder phone call that my car was due for servicing last week, it's always nice to get a reminder!! I brought my car in and Tammy sa I had gotten a reminder phone call that my car was due for servicing last week, it's always nice to get a reminder!! I brought my car in and Tammy said it would be about an hour and a half and would I like a complementary ride anywhere, I declined. She then pointed me to the costumer service waiting area. On my way I saw Wayne who sold me the car a year ago, he knew who I was and greeted me by name even though he hadn't seen me in a year. We chatted for about twenty minutes catching up on life, he then got a phone call and I excused myself to the waiting room. My wait was shorter then expected, only an hour! Tammy went over the service invoice all good news! I'll be back in two weeks for a tire change and I'm sure the service will be just as Amazing,!! More

I bought new from the former Sunshine Honda (Peter Dubetz and team) in 2007 and immediately moved to Abbotsford for seven years but, other than a coup I bought new from the former Sunshine Honda (Peter Dubetz and team) in 2007 and immediately moved to Abbotsford for seven years but, other than a couple of times in the Abbotsford Honda dealership (also a great experience), have brought my Civic Hybrid back to Vernon for servicing.
