Told I was a bad driver!! I went in to get my brakes replaced for the second time in less than a year and when I asked about the warranty on the brakes from the previous servic I went in to get my brakes replaced for the second time in less than a year and when I asked about the warranty on the brakes from the previous service I was told that I must be a bad driver and using my brakes too much!! They would not cover anything on warranty. My brakes seized again this spring and I went to another place to get them repaired. They were shocked that Honda used such a poor brake. In the end my brakes were replaced again, at less cost than Honda charged me, with a full warranty and a tow service. On the positive side - the driver that dropped me off and picked me up while I waited was lovely. This does not make up for the thousands of dollars I had to spend because they used shoddy parts. I will not be buying Honda again!! More

Not happy with waiting for my car to be washed in a long queue, and yes I could have taken it dirty but I like the service wash and the waiting room was too small and dingy for me to sit - so I sat in the lobby where it was bright and sunny and a chair was provided (thank you very much for that). All in all, I should have been done sooner than later as I did not bring my snow tires to be changed over as requested but I due to the fact that I couldn't get to my tires due to the snow in the yard not having the tires turned over should have shorten my service time but it didn't it was longer than said. I may not have a dealership in Salmon Arm but I will take my servicing of my car to Kamloops. More
