Booked in for warranty work. Was called Friday to confirm for Monday morning yet somehow no one confirmed the parts were in so nothing got done. Not impressed. The parts if they were there as the staff mentioned should have been set aside for the relative appointment. Not to mention I should have received a call for my scheduled service time of 830 informing me that there were no parts. Not hours later. I get mistakes happen however this was poorly handled and as my first experience with Honda I found it very disappointing. We ended up doing a oil change and key that was already on the order to be done so again should have been completed for the scheduled appointment time and was not. Hoping to have a more productive professional experience next time as it felt like all we got was excuses as to why the reason for my appointment could not be done. Not trying to be a Karen just highly disappointed More
