The experience so far has been far below what I've expected from Honda in years past. I don't know where the real issue lies but to get a return phone call back to book a repair appointment is obviously beyond the scope of expectation. So disappointed; my friends have shared similar experiences. More

I stepped in to your store with same demands and a 3 week window of opportunity - they had EXACTLY what I wanted and we cut a deal IMMEDIATELY. I`m very loyal to Honda and will continue to be after such great service at Bannister. I`m back in Vernon in the fall working on a contract that will keep me in the Okanagan thru the winter so I will only grow my relationship with Bannister.
