Calls go unanswered from the Bannister Group, Bannister blames Honda, Honda blames Bannister; it's pure chaos from a customer perspective. The experience so far has been far below what I've expected from Honda in years past. I don't know where the real issue lies but to get a return phone call back to book a repair appointment is obviously beyond the scope of expectation. So disappointed; my friends have shared similar experiences. More
I`m from out of Province - despite trying to email my Honda Dealer in my home town with details of exactly what I wanted and when I expected to take delivery- I received very little communication from th Honda Dealer in my home town with details of exactly what I wanted and when I expected to take delivery- I received very little communication from them and NO confirmation. I stepped in to your store with same demands and a 3 week window of opportunity - they had EXACTLY what I wanted and we cut a deal IMMEDIATELY. I`m very loyal to Honda and will continue to be after such great service at Bannister. I`m back in Vernon in the fall working on a contract that will keep me in the Okanagan thru the winter so I will only grow my relationship with Bannister. It’s ridiculous that they cant even do a quick vacuum for a vehicle. After paying for multiple for tire storage , oil change , wheel alignment no extra service.
