On Friday July 20, 2023, I noticed my tire leaking air quite fast and so I drove over to Honda to see if someone could repair it for me. Immediately Jody found the nail in the tire. He told me that I woul quite fast and so I drove over to Honda to see if someone could repair it for me. Immediately Jody found the nail in the tire. He told me that I would have to wait as he was booked up for the afternoon, but, if he gets some free time for about half an hour, he will get my car in to have the tire repaired. It was not long from that time that the car was taken in and the tire repaired. I am so happy that Jody could get my car in so soon. This is one of the reasons why I am a loyal client of Honda. I can take my other vehicles in and they can be serviced even if they are not Honda's. Actually I have 2 Honda's. Great service. Thank You! More

My car broke down on Saturday night, and I logged onto your website to book an appointment for Monday. It gave me an option to book an 8:15 am 'appointment'. When I arrived the service person said that wa your website to book an appointment for Monday. It gave me an option to book an 8:15 am 'appointment'. When I arrived the service person said that was just a checkin time, not an appointment. he said he would try and squeeze my car in but could not guarantee it. I was very disappointed, as if that was the case, i would have brought it somewhere else. As it turned out they were able to diagnose the issue, and provided a temporary fix at 3;00 pm, so that I could drive to Calgary that day. More
