had a bad experience after purchasing a honda crv that had an injector problem. We did not make it off the lot. Mick gave us our trade-in to use until the parts came in. We came in to pick up our manual and ended up talking to Jason . He showed us a lease return and went through the car. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient, we ended up purchasing it. If it wasnt for his and Micks extra effort we were on our way to Toyoto. Their extra effort kept us with Honda (since 1982) . We will continue to be loyal customers, keep up the good work! More

Coming up from Vancouver we had an overheating incident. We called Bannister at about 3:30 on Friday from Kelowna. They said if we could get there by 4:00 they would look at the problem.
