First thank you for helping find a good car that is a good fit for me. Moh helped me buy my KIA Forte in August and then gave me a good deal for that car in January as a trade in. The moment I stepped into the dealership I was met by Sarah who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and she scheduled an appointment for me with a sales rep. He was most professional, calm, friendly, knowledgable, and patent. I had the impression that he was there for me and would make sure that I was treated fairly. When I returned to the showroom to see the car, he would always come right over with a friendly smile to assist me. No pressure which kept me in the showroom negotiating a new car. When it was time for him to explain the car features after I had signed the documents and was ready to take the car home, it was dark and very cold so he solved the problem by bringing the car indoors so we could discuss the features in a safe and pleasant environment. When I sense pressure from a sales rep I leave, as I do not trust these individuals. Kia staff were quite the opposite. I will certainly refer my family and friends to Joe at Kia. I recently went to Bank Street Kia looking to purchase a used vehicle on a tight budget. I was quickly and politely greeted by Moe Hezam.
