I was in the market for a new car with my current car at the time needing expensive repairs and had been visiting dealers in the Ottawa south area. I was met by several employees who answered all my questions, but ended up talking more in detail to Ahmad Fahs and Moe Hezam about purchasing a new vehicle. They were very patient with me as I had plenty of questions and needed even more time to consider and reconsider the options. They made sure that all my doubts were made clear and that I felt comfortable with my decisions. During the test drive all my technical and personal questions were answered with good detail which further my confidence in Kia. After financing was taken care of, Moe made sure my experience was easy and straight forward and I had no problems or concerns. Overall, my experience at Bank street Kia was very positive. I was looking for a new or second hand KIA Optima and when entering the sales room, I was greeted in a very friendly manner by Mr. Hassan Abdallah. I was shown great courtesy and allowed to browse cars and get questions answered. I asked about pricing and options on a new car and Hassan was great at providing details with financing. It was all very pleasant and low pressure. I took a test drive, during which Hassan provided excellent details about the car, answered all my questions and pointed out other features which I had not realized. At the same time, I was provided with a good overview of how the car dealership supported it's customers who bought cars from them. It was comfortable and all low key sales pressure. When I said I was interested in purchasing a new car instead of a used car, and showed pricing options from another dealer, I was told that the Bank Street Kia dealership would beat the pricing I had. Without getting into any to/fro debate I was offered a selection of competitive pricing options for the car I was interested in. I was very impressed as this was all done without sales pressure or temptation of extras being added to the car to tempt me to purchase right away. After discussing pricing options for a few minutes Hassan provided further price incentives which made me gladly accept a deal on a new car. After securing a deal, I asked for several after market items to be added to the car. Hassan was excellent in helping arrange these items be added to the car prior to me picking it up. Overall he was an excellent salesman I would gladly recommended. My financing was dealt with by the manager Mr. Patrick Laroche. Patrick walked me through the financing process in quick and easy manner. There were some interesting aftermarket dealer warranty options that were offered. They were very well explained and I felt comfortable at listening and not feeling pressure to buy and picked items that I felt were important to me. It was relatively quick, comfortable and conducted in a professional courteous manner which made the purchase of my car a very pleasant experience. Overall - I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have had when purchasing a new car. My wife and I have each purchased new news in the past and this was by far the easiest and most friendly transaction we have done. I would buy another car from this dealership again based on my experience. More

Met with Sarah one evening about looking at a used 2012 Kia Forte. After test driving it, I was able to negotiate an auto-starter and winter tires, with a discount. I brought this to Krystof's attention, and insisted that this was not agreed-upon pre-existing damage. After speaking with Asad, he agreed to repair the damage, in order to ensure my happiness with the transaction. The repairs were done within 2 weeks (1 week to order parts), were done quickly, and more importantly, did not cost me anything. This is the 2nd time I've bought from Bank Street Kia and they are an absolute joke! My delivery of my car was delayed 3 times and I only found out via a text message from my sales agent. Both times I bought they promised me term financing that was changed when I signed my papers and no one warned me that it had changed. After my purchase I was contacted by a sales manager asking how my experience was and when I told her this she offered me a free service, then I never heard from her again...like I said, a Joke!
