Known as the 'man with the hat', Raul went out of his way to help us, kept us smiling with his stories from Peru and his family and made us feel we were dealing with a real person. Glen, the sales manager, was also extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with the vehicle we wanted at a good price. Christoph, in finance, finished the deal and had everything ready for us on the delivery day. The finance manager was very good. Among other things he facilitated my insurance agent getting the documents she needed. They willingly got the color of car I wanted from another dealer. The salesman did an excellent job of showing me all the details on the car when I picked it up. All in all a good experience from start to finish. I have never bought a car with so little hassle.
