Over the phone expertise put me and my family into a very nice vehicle. The last van I bought it took a month to get the financials put through and finalized. Ernesto had it done in less than a day. ... A DAY! How the blazes can one beat that!?! Ali and Hussein were just as good. Ali got me setup, and Hussein sealed the deal. (*And the Thrift SHop crack was due to your coat man. Both my father and I commented on it*) Top notch professionalism and excellent customer service. BATTERY CONTINUES TO DIE We bought a brand new 2016 Santa Fe in May 2016. Unbeknownst to us, the battery on this new vehicle was REPLACED on the day of purchase because it was We bought a brand new 2016 Santa Fe in May 2016. Unbeknownst to us, the battery on this new vehicle was REPLACED on the day of purchase because it was totally dead. We were never told about this. In September 2016, the battery died for the first time. It died two more times, and it was serviced once, and STILL Bank Street dealership kept telling us that WE were the problem. After a lot of arguing, and pushing from my end, they finally replaced the battery a SECOND time. Now, January 2017, the battery has died again. I've reported this dealership and this has all been documented, but getting a replacement vehicle is apparently not an option. This dealership lies, they try to pass the blame on to the customer, and they clearly don't know how to fix a MAJOR problem. I will never buy another vehicle from here again, and I am sure to tell everyone I know how awful this place is. More

Asked for an oil change, got 'Service #2' package First off, I have generally not had any issues with the place or the employees, and I had no problem with Luke personally. I bought a car from bank street hyundai in May and paid for several extras under the guise that I would have lifetime oil changes. I brought my car in for my second oil change, which is all that I asked for. I was given service #2, which involves several inspections and a tire rotation (it's the middle of winter and I put the tires on two months prior, they did not need a rotation), and was charged $100 for the sort of service I can do on my own or have a cheaper ceritified mechanic deal with. I realize that I sort of blindly signed the papers without reading, which is ignorant of me. When I saw the charge I asked why and I was simply told that I signed the paper for service #2. All that I had wanted was an oil change. I do not see myself going back for any service or inspections in the future. More

Satisfied Customers We had been to a few Dealers back in the Spring of 2016. We came out to Bank street Hyundai to check out some used Tucsons. The advertised special was not there and we had been told it was, we were upset to say the least. Since the salesman had no straight answer for us we left. My wife called the General Manager Amir and let him know what had happened. He apologized and asked us to call him if ever we wanted a vehicle and that he would deal with us himself. About 8 months went by and l was in need of a new vehicle. Amir dealt with us himself and gave us the best deal we had been offered yet on a 2017 Santa Fe. We are now the owners of a great car and we have been back once for a minor problem which was handled by the sales team and repair area in a very quick and professional way.
