Upon arriving at the Bank Street Hyundai location, I was greeted with friendliness and some of the best customer service. I happened to walk in on a VIP event and although I was a first-time customer I was greeted with friendliness and some of the best customer service. Hassan was my car sales specialist and he thoroughly answered all of my questions and also offered a detailed tour of the car that I was interested in. Importantly, Hassan was great in not limiting my options; I went to the dealership with a make and model in mind but that changed upon review of various features across different models. Choosing from a variety of options is beneficial and it also afforded me the opportunity to interact on a more personal basis with Hassan---to a point where I felt comfortable and knew that I could be quite frank in my questions and concerns. In regards to financing, I was concerned over whether I would be approved for financing since I am a recent graduate of a Master's program and therefore do not have enough funds to purchase a new car. Ashur, the finance manager, certainly performs quite well in his position; he helped assuage my stress and made the purchase process easy and fun! He helped me get approved and without him I would not be writing this glowing review today. Sincere gratitude is extended to Ashur! Thank you! I left Hyundai (Bank Street location) feeling, in simplest terms, over-the-moon excited. Approximately a week later I returned to Hyundai on Bank Street to pick up my new purchase and again I was met with sincere customer service. Notably, I will not forget what one representative told me: he said that even after the purchase of this vehicle, they are still very much geared toward customer service so that if I ever have any questions or concerns that I should contact them and discuss options with them. That left me feeling assured in that they were not just interested in my money; Bank Street Hyundai also holds customer service to a high degree and wants to ensure customer's leave feeling happy. Faysal called me back in less than 2 minutes after I sent the email to follow-up pretty much validating what the reviews had been saying. Faysal is an excellent sales person and I enjoyed the purchase experience which is something that I usually dread. Thanks for the positive car buying experience Faysal. I love the Hyundai products and this is my third Hyundai vehicle. All of them have been simple and cheap to maintain and you get a tremendous amount of features for your money. I arrived at the dealership after booking an appointment with Louis to discuss the purchase of a new Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Immediately I was impressed at his laid-back approach to negotiation, even encouraging me to explore other local dealerships to compare prices, asking only that I give him a chance to talk to me one last time before I made a final decision. By far I got the best deal as a result, and was passed along to Ashur for financing. Ashur was very in tune to my needs and budget, offered invaluable advice, and ended up getting me more than I was expecting for less than the cost I had agreed to with Louis. Finally the day I went to pick up my new vehicle, Kevin helped me through all the forms to sign and was wonderfully personable and patient.
