Walking into the dealership with zero intent to buy that day we were approached by Faysal. He didn't seem to care that we were not in the mindset of buying a car, just merely gathering information for the next few weeks. This was a breath of fresh air from "the other guys" who just ignore you once you let them know that you have zero intent to buy at that given instant. Faysal was very informative, and listened to every word i had to say to him. He had an answer for every question that was asked, and not at one point did i find that he was too pushy. He made us feel very comfortable, and when we sat down at his desk and went over numbers my mindset quickly switched from just looking to ready to buy. This is a great testament to his hospitality and adaptability to work with what was thrown at him. The process was very quick and painless. He sold me a car in less time than it took for the other dealerships to annoy me to the point where i just got up and left. I would recommend Faysal to everyone that I know in the market for a new car, he is very informative, adaptable and made the whole car buying process feel like having coffee with a friend as opposed to someone trying to get as much money out of you as they can.
