We went with Rabieh, and he spot-on followed our lead in terms of what we needed but most importantly what we wanted. Rabieh and Pat offered the best service we have had in years and may I add in 3 different countries, they were able to bring together what we wanted and what we needed in a great way. Rabieh’s key questions were: Would buying X car make you happy? And would if you could, what would you change or add to the car to fulfill your expectations? It took my husband over a year of research, and many many hours spent finding the right car for us. We loved our experience at Hyundai Bank St. We had a Hyundai Sonata 2001, which we bought from a private owner almost 4 years ago, and although we really loved that car, we have come to admit that the car was in worst shape that we thought. My experience at Bank Street Hyundai was fantastic from beginning to end. I had spoken to Faysal and discussed the possibility of trading in my Tucson for a smaller car, the Elantra GT. Faysal explained all features of the Elantra as welll as some additional benefits to me moving to a smaller car. the options I thought about it over the weekend and decided to go ahead with the trade-in. When I entered the dealership for my meeting, I was greeted by Faysal and he immediately took me to the Elantra GT. He showed me some of the things we had discussed and demonstrated a couple of neat features . Faysal thoroughly explained what was going to happen next and answered all my questions during the final part of our meeting before bringing me to Joe Younes' office. I've dealt with Joe several times now and as always, he was thorough with informing of the financial piece of my purchase and patiently answered all my questions. He told me that my car would be ready in a few weeks and assured me that he would call once my car was ready. I got a call from Joe Younes a lot sooner than I expected, to be honest, that my new car was ready. Everything was done and when I got to the dealership I just had to sign some documents. Both Faysal and Joe when over their respective documents with me to make sure I understood what I was signing. Faysal took me to my new car and showed me all the bells and whistles and even paired my cellphone to the Bluetooth so I didn't have to try and figure it out by myself later. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase and thrilled that everything went smoothly, greatly because of Faysel and Joe. It's why I've been dealing with Bank Street Hyundai for the last 10 years. More

So last year we bought a used sonata. at the time I dealt with Tony and Mark. Both guys were awesome to deal with and I left with nothing but a smile on my face and car. So not even thinking twice I called bankstreet Hyundai spoke with Mark Molleken epxplained my situation. He was very sympathetic and after a brief conversation I had an appointment set up to come look at car(s) to see what they can do for us. When my wife and I and my son walked in Louis Bouery was our man! he took us in showed us what car(s) were they had to offer based on our needs. Louis was very very friendly made my son laugh frequently was very attentive on our needs in a car I test drove A Tucson but I felt it was rather small for my needs Louis explained things very well about the car options etc. But after I drove the car and was not sold he didn't push the car on me. I pondered the idea of a new sonata or sant fe sport. so after an hour or 2 of pondering we met Ashur Younan he was the man to help us finance our new car. Ashur was very pleasant and got what we needed with in our price range. So a few days later we went to pick up our new car! when we walked in the door right away Louis with out a miss remembered who we were and greeted us with joy. My son seemed to remember him as well for again nothing but smiles from my little guy. So Louis took us out to our new car and gave us the run down on everything from front to back inside and out if I needed something to be shown to me he gladly showed me with ease. So over all I left the dealership very happy. The staff was second to none! I would absolutely go back again when the time arises for a new car. My only complaint I have about the experience was we never got rubber floor mats. More
