Hi, I’m from Gatineau, after going to 2 Hyundai’s in my region I decide to go to Hyundai Dilawri. Dilawri had a deal that other dealers just couldn’t match! You know their commercial song is true and staye region I decide to go to Hyundai Dilawri. Dilawri had a deal that other dealers just couldn’t match! You know their commercial song is true and stayed in my head for a while! I even saw another happy customer coming out of the dealership singing ‘’Nobody deals…like Dilawri’’! They worked hard to give me the best price for the Santa Fe. Toufic Habib was our sale person, very patient, especially when you have a 2 years old son that doesn’t stay still lol. Patrick Kiwan was the sale Manager, I changed my mind on the colour and decided to upgrade the SUV, even after the papers were signed, Patrick took the time to cancel all of the arrangements, & make new ones & never said anything, no attitude & he still had a smile, I can’t imagine all the extra works that he made for us. Joe Younes at finance, wow, when we said no for one type package he didn’t try to pressure us. What is funny is at the end we decide to take it. At another Hyundai the finance person laughed at me saying nobody makes such a big purchase without taking insurance on their loan. He tried to make me believe that even with 2 government salaries that I would be in trouble if I did not buy his insurances. That’s a shame that he made me feel so low and I was ready to sign right there and then. But all ends well because the Dilawri people made me feel like a person and did not try to make me feel stupid and taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I really enjoyed the whole experience with them. They were friendly, polite, patient and didn’t mind repeating the information when we weren’t sure about something and all that made me feel confident that I had made the right purchase for the best price. I recommend that you take your best offer, then go to Dilawri, you will receive a better price & a better service than any Hyundai dealer. In looking for the best deal on the new car we wanted, we met with dealers in our region and asked them to provide us with their lowest price without making any formal offers to them. We promised simply to take the best offer without quoting one dealer to another or repeatedly going from one to another for marginally better deals. We wanted their best offer up front. Not all dealers were comfortable with this approach. But Louis Boueri and Bank Street Hyundai took us seriously, respected our integrity and made a very competitive offer. A number of others did too. For us, this process was easy, fast, pressure free, clear and fair to all dealers. We recommend it - and Bank Street Hyundai - highly. More

I shopped around for a new Elantra GT and can honestly say that the guys at Dilawri came through. Thomas was excellent and I enjoyed my experience. I was never pressured by Thomas. While I did not haggle over the price, I felt what I was offered was very fair and within my budget. Without having to do so, Faysal continually sweetened the deal to the point that I would come back to that dealership and ask for him by name. Ernesto expedited the processing of the car purchase as I was actually surprised I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and did not leave time to close the sale and was on a timeline. He was courteous and relaxed and was flexible as to when I return to the dealership to finalize the change over. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. I would say, don't be in a hurry as they do take their time to make sure you feel no pressure while making up your mind. For me the waiting was long as they crunched numbers, however again that is a minor quibble as I got what I wanted at the right price. More
