Thank you for excellent, professional and friendly service We visited this dealership on June 4, 2014 to look at the exterior color of a model we had selected after a few visits to another dealership. The initial dealership did not have a model of that color in stock. We were greeted by Justin who was able to find a vehicle of the color which interested us. Unfortunately the vehicle, a demonstrator, was not at the dealership. It was parked at the Ottawa airport. Justin made arrangements to locate the car in the airport parking lot and took us down to see it. When we came back to the dealership we felt that, in all fairness, though we intended to go back to the initial dealership, we should obtain a price for the vehicle we wanted from Justin who had been very personable and helpful and had gone out of his way to show us a vehicle of the color we liked. It turned out that the price at which the vehicle was offered and the value of our trade were considerably better than the price that the initial dealership, after protracted negotiations, had offered. Accordingly we agreed on the spot to complete the transaction. The whole process was a charm. At no time did we feel pressured. We were not made to wait for any length of time (as has been or experience elsewhere) at any point in the process. The negotiation process moved swiftly and cordially. Amir, the Sales Manager, to whom Justin introduced us, was able to act quickly, without unnecessary back and forth, to conclude a transaction. Justin proved to be very knowledgeable about the product (he had just attended a seminar on the features of this new model) and was able to answer all of our questions. The delivery of the vehicle, on Friday June 13 (we are not superstitious), was handled in a very professional way by Justin who spent a considerable amount of time to go through the features of the vehicle and to explain how some of the features which were new to us worked. Amir, who handled the final negotiations and signing of the documents and Ernesto and Chris, the Financial Managers, were also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were not pressured to buy any of the usual after sale products (anti-rust, etc.). They were offered and our decision to accept them or not was not challenged. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

We just had an accident and our car was a write off - we were also injured and shaken up. After some phone calls, Christoph worked out the numbers and the financing and got me the deal I needed. He patiently worked with me on the details while I took time to put back our family routines which included getting a good car. Toufic showed me and my family all the features of the car in a clear and friendly way and he focused on the safety of the vehicle. We were still shaken up over the crash and so he had my small kids check off a list of items to 'prove' to them this was a really safe car. This was such an impressive move on his part. He really personalized his service to us and put us at ease. I already knew I was making a good choice but these guys reinforced our choice with outstanding service.
