I wasn't impressed since at the time I was just trying to get pricing on vehicle. He was determined in convincing me that if we met, he would work as hard as possible to get the vehicle I wanted with the pricing I wanted. We met and discussed the options and payments and value of the vehicle including my trade. After seeing that my trade wasn't going to get much value, John worked hard on getting the pricing to what I wanted. After a few back and forth discussions with the manager, Juan-Carlos came to discuss the pricing with me. I wasn't overly impressed with his approach and become defenseless and would not budge on the what I wanted to pay for the vehicle all in. Juan asked if I would decide on a different color of the vehicle ( originally I was aiming for the white) said yes as long as it was black. Off he went again, waited a few minutes, then John came back with the handshake. The black Elantra was going to be mine. Great, I was happy. John did work hard for this sale and I was truly grateful for it. Next came the finance manager (Kevin) to sign the papers and of course discuss extended warranty and other options. This was a lengthy discussion, Kevin was very informative and explained the options well until we got to the pricing. Well between my misunderstanding and his numbers game, I must say that I wasn't 100% sure what the extra costs would be. I decided that I wasn't ready to make that decision at that time and would get back to him. We had a decision over the phone regarding the costs of both the extended warranty and rust proofing and numbers made no sense to me. After some intensive talking and back and forth, I managed to take the rust proofing with some added bonuses. Thanks Kevin for making it happen. Up to now I am pleased with my new Elantra, it has only been a few days and have not yet had any experience with the servicing department. That is yet to come!!!!! Overall my experience was a success even after hearing negative comments about Bank Street Hyundai. Thanks John and Kevin. Maria More

After a long and unsuccessful search due to horrible experiences with other dealerships, salespeople and cars themselves I was almost ready to give up. Louis Bouery, THE best salesperson that I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with took care of us going through every detail of the vehicle and services Dilawri had to offer. Myself, being in a little bit of a rush, our meeting was brief, however all I needed was just the five minutes we had to talk face to face to know I was in good hands. I later called to see how things were going and was pleasantly surprised that the wheels were already in motion preparing my vehicle for delivery! Mr. Lorello also demonstrated not only a genuine care for the customer and did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure I was more than happy with everything. The staff, in general, were very helpful and friendly. Moe looked after us as soon as we came into the showroom, and his attitude was pleasant without being aggressively pushy. What we particularly liked is that he addressed both of us (and not just the man). He told us all we needed to know, and when the car was ready, he explained very clearly the mechanics of the car. We found Kevin highly professional, as well as friendly. He explained our options, but did not try to push us into things we didn't want. In all, our experience was particularly enjoyable. More
