From the first time we came in the showroom, then in his office, looking (inside) at the car, then the road test, the pricing / financing it was a pleasant journey.Then, in my case, we got an hurdle to jump with the financing, but JEREMY and the Mini Mont-Royal team did not let me down: in 12 hours, they took the lead and were able to finalize the deal the way they did promise the first night in Jeremy's office, WOW :) The cherry on the cake was the delivery of the car: what a great thrill... Some challenges living in Ontario an Fantastic experience dealing with Karyne and Alessio on the purchase of my Certified Pre Owned 2012 BMW 750xi. Some challenges living in Ontario and purchasing a car from Montreal but they made it pretty easy. I communicated with Karyne and found her very upfront and professional. Upon my arrival in Montreal, I was picked up at the train station and then driven to the dealership and after my successful test drive, was given a loaner car while my car was plated in Ontario. They experienced a delay in having my car ready the next day and graciously told me to take the loaner car back to Ottawa over the weekend. When the car was ready they drove it down to me in Ottawa and swapped vehicles. Alessio then spent some time going over the options and features on my new car. This is the kind of service that one hears about but rarely experiences. Great experience with sales and service. I highly recommend Alessio and Karyne.. More
