Even before the initial visit he answered many of my questions by email. In person, he really took the time to explain everything to me and to test drive the vehicles. Any follow-up questions I had were promptly answered. Honest, hard working and client oriented, he really helped me find the best vehicle for my needs and budget. He also followed up with me on the day of delivery and after the sale was done to ensure everything was up to par as promised. It was even better! Best sales representative I have ever had! Naomi Abe in the finance department as usual was helpful and friendly. She also took the time to explain everything and to answer any questions we had. We also had a delivery specialist Danika the day the car was delivered. For over an hour she showed us all the features in the vehicle and answered any questions. This was great considering all the new/complex features new cars can have today. I have been coming to this BMW for many years now and although it had great service before, the service has gotten even better throughout the years. From the sales rep Yossi to the actual service department every time I have brought my car in, I have always gotten stellar service and great deals. This cannot be said about 2 other BMW dealerships I have dealt with in Quebec. I highly recommend to all looking to purchase or lease a vehicle to go to BMW Canbec. You will not be disappointed!
