Great professional service! My husband and I have been looking for the 6 months for the right vehicle. We did our research and reviewed several dealerships and Budget Car Sales. We had a specific price range and two models that we were looking for. We hadn't gone to any car lots to actually look at the cars. All our research was done on-line. My son had a 2017 Journey loaner car, we took a look at it and went for little drive and knew that is what we wanted. While my husband was taking another look at the web site for Budget Car Sales he came across a listing that was clearly meant to be our car. I called Budge Car Sales and spoke with Noella Meletzki . We chatted, there were two 2017 Journeys on the lot, we decided which one we wanted after chatting I said that we would be in the next day to purchase it. I asked if we could put a down payment on it using my VISA card so they could put a sold sign on it. We didn't want to lose the opportunity to purchase the car we waited so long to find.She connected me with Tim Tucker, it was done. We went in the next evening to do a test drive and complete the sale. Ourselves, our son and our daughter have purchased several vehicles over the years and we keep returning when it is time for a new car. The service was professional and friendly. It was really nice to see familiar people, Shawn and Tim had helped all our family with previous purchases. Thank you for making what an be a stressful life choice to something easy and fun! More

EXCELLENT SALES & SERVICE I first spoke with David when I called in to inquire about a Ford Fiesta I saw on the Budget website. That same evening I went to see the vehicle (Dav I first spoke with David when I called in to inquire about a Ford Fiesta I saw on the Budget website. That same evening I went to see the vehicle (David was not there as he said he wouldn't be but his partner Noella would be happy to help me).. I had a great experience with Noella as well.. Test drove the car and made deal to purchase that evening... I went to pick up vehicle that same week... Driving home, I noticed knocking sound coming from the engine.. Called David that same day, and he assured me all would be taken care of.. I received a call within 2 weeks, took car in same day of receiving call.. John in service had a courtesy car waiting, I also had a couple other concerns which I told John about. The knocking sound was addressed and fixed along with a couple of other very minor concerns.. The sales people along with the service dept are all fantastic people to work with... Would I recommend Budget Sales? Absolutely. More

Great Experience Overall The overall experience was great. I booked a visit with Dave on October 27 because 2 of my colleagues at work recommended Budget Car Sales. Upon arriv The overall experience was great. I booked a visit with Dave on October 27 because 2 of my colleagues at work recommended Budget Car Sales. Upon arrival he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the options that are suitable for us. What my partner and I liked about him is that he is not a pushy salesperson. We ended up buying a Chevrolet Sonic and we like the car a lot! Once we got home and realized that one of the heating seats wasn't working, Dave and Tai helped us arrange the repair and a courtesy car for during the repair in a timely fashion. Aaron was great at explaining the complicated insurance details and it was a pleasure overall. More
