Noella came up to us and asked us what we were interested in. She had great knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot and started showing us models we were interested in. Pretty much every car was out of our budget. She asked what our range was and knew that nothing on the lot was available for that price, but knew that a 2014 Subaru Forester had just come in to their shop and would be cleaned up and put into the lot soon. She told us that would be much closer to our budget. We left our information with them and they said they'd contact us when it was ready. After the Christmas holiday, we received a call that the Subaru was ready for a test drive. We went down there and found out that Dave Ashe had just inspected it, and the car was in excellent condition despite being 6 years old. Derrick connected us with James who took us for a test drive and walked us through the features of the vehicle. We were very satisfied with the car, it had a great engine and lovely interior with brand new winter tires on it. You can really feel it's power as you drive around. We love it! We had heard great things about this Budget dealership, so we knew that we could trust what we were hearing was fair. It was a nice change from the high pressure situations other dealerships tried to put us in. We never once felt like these folks were trying to deceive us just to make a sale. There weren't any add ons or anything shady like that after we decided to buy the vehicle. It was just the price, the taxes, and that was that! We declined the warranty just to save the money, but even that looked like it was a great deal. Tim walked us through the financials, and it was quick and easy. All of the staff we interacted with at Budget Car Sales Vancouver were incredibly friendly and helpful and I would recommend others to check out them out without hesitation. More

My second purchase from Budget Last December I came into Budget to try a car they had on their lot. Then the salesman suggested I take a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 200 for a drive, and Last December I came into Budget to try a car they had on their lot. Then the salesman suggested I take a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 200 for a drive, and yes I loved it. The sales staff and Manager put together a nice deal for me and I drove it away the same day. So for some reason I was looking at their website and saw once again a car that interested me so I drove into Budget to look at it. The salesman showed me a few cars that were nice, but then showed me a 2017 VW Passat and this was the car, everything about it I loved. I also appreciated the fact that all of their cars were well looked after with low mileage and had been serviced regularly by Budget Staff each time the cars were rented. And once again with a great deal in hand I drove that car out of their lot the same day. What a great experience dealing with professionals that know their cars and know how to treat a repeat customer. I highly recommend Budget Car Sales and that staff that work there. OH OH and I even sent my boss there, and she also bought a car from them. More

She was professional, took me for a couple of test drives as I’m recovering from surgery. The visit was a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere was bright and clean Brad was our positive, upbeat salesman, but all the staff we dealt with were equally friendly, helpful, talkative (but not overbearing), and ready to meet our needs (without pressure). Came back for a second look and ended up buying a better car with more options we wanted and less price. The whole experience was “down to earth” but knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend Budget and will definitely come back here if we have any vehicle needs In the future. More
