Tire Sensor Issue Solved By Bill We have a Suzuki SX4 and while there is no longer a Suzuki Canada, we were in the need of someone who could fix our tire pressure sensor. We initially We have a Suzuki SX4 and while there is no longer a Suzuki Canada, we were in the need of someone who could fix our tire pressure sensor. We initially went to Kal Tire thinking they do tires, that is their specialty. They were zero help and could not reprogram the sensor to the car's computer. After sitting there for 3 hours, they suggested we go to a dealership that no longer existed. Their "help" was of no help at all. We had previously purchased a car from Autotown and it turned out my husband knew Bill Lisoway in Service via working with his son in a previous career. Bill suggested we come in as he was pretty certain he could reprogram the sensor and if not was giving us terrific suggestions for next steps should it not work. I brought the car in for my appointment and it was taken in right away. Within an hour Bill and his crew did exactly what they said they would do and our issue was taken care of. Bill was polite, courteous, kept me updated and did what he said he would do. Given that reprogramming the car was kind of a crap shoot, we were prepared to follow his advice and hold no ill will if they were unable to make the sensor programmable. We trusted what he suggested and would trust any alternatives also. Luckily Bill and his crew made it so we did not need to explore any of his alternatives. Bill's knowledge of cars and the service required was impeccable and we will be returning for any future needs. Kudos to Bill for knowing how to help, suggesting appropriate (though happily unneeded) alternatives, understanding the industry and his overall service knowledge base. More
