We came in on a Sunday looking for a new vehicle and we were impressed at the number of staff available, their friendliness, they had great knowledge on the products and did not come across as pushy. Here are some specifics: Adele went out of her way to take detailed photos of 2 different models and then sent them via email for me to look at prior to coming into the dealership (we live an hour away); Adele responded instantly to all of my emails and gave very detailed answers to all of my questions; Once at the dealership, Adele greeted us warmly and took the time to go over the features of the Veracruz in detail - she even took the liberty of pre-warming the vehicle so that the environment inside the car was perfect (it was cold and rainy); Adele and Matt made the negotiation process pleasant and easy by being open and transparent about everything - we never once felt uncomfortable, and in the end we arrived at a deal; Adele even spent time with our two kids in the waiting area while we concluded the deal with Gisele (Business Manager) - who was also very nice and professional!
