Mike and Rick were both punctual, gave us their complete attention and seemed to work in unison with each other fufilling as many of our needs and wants as possible, which was a difficult chore. We came in on a Sunday looking for a new vehicle and we were impressed at the number of staff available, their friendliness, they had great knowledge on the products and did not come across as pushy. Ryan Billing was the salesman who took great care of us. We met personally with the manager and Jessica Crowe was able to handle all of the financial details that day. All we had to do was come back and pick up our new car. They worked with us to meet our budget price and we are looking forward to returning to have our maintenance handled in their service department. We highly recommend both the AutoValue dealership as well as the Hyundai vehicle. There is a lot of value for a reasonable price. More

At Autovalue Hyundai, they really get it! Adele Burton and Matt Thompson were professional and knowledgeable throughout the transaction, and my wife and I could not be happier with the purchase of our new 2012 Veracruz LTD. Here are some specifics: Adele went out of her way to take detailed photos of 2 different models and then sent them via email for me to look at prior to coming into the dealership (we live an hour away); Adele responded instantly to all of my emails and gave very detailed answers to all of my questions; Once at the dealership, Adele greeted us warmly and took the time to go over the features of the Veracruz in detail - she even took the liberty of pre-warming the vehicle so that the environment inside the car was perfect (it was cold and rainy); Adele and Matt made the negotiation process pleasant and easy by being open and transparent about everything - we never once felt uncomfortable, and in the end we arrived at a deal; Adele even spent time with our two kids in the waiting area while we concluded the deal with Gisele (Business Manager) - who was also very nice and professional! The after sales was phenomical seeking out the original owner to obtain interior parts which were missingat the time of sale. The staff made buying a pleasure and not a PRESSURE. We found ALL the sales people at this dealership friendly attentive and willing to go the extra mile - the whole experience has been fantastic and until now I HATED car sales and sales people. More

I have boughten a lot of cars and I must say that Mike was probably the best sales men professional and couldn't have been more easy and enjoyable. Trust goes a long way when buying a car and I never felt like anything was being hidden or kept from me. In the end I got a great product for a great price along with great service. I took my 2005 Elantra in for service and was just checking out the new 2013 Elantra. Ryan Billings introduced himself to my husband and me right away. He let us test drive the cars we wanted and was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was professional without being pushy which i really liked. The staff there were all great and so we bought a 2013 Elantra GT. This is my third new Hyundai and I am sure I will be as pleased with this one as I have with my other 2.
