Went to the dealership with a Tuscon GL in mind and a budget with no wiggle room. Joe did his best; went back a second time to see what he could do for us; and the ultimate deal was made! The sales associate (Dean) took his time showing all my options, explaining everything clearly and concisely. He did not try and push any particlular deal at me. I needed to replace the rear wiper blade on my Elantra Touring, but the blade was not in stock when I took my car in for its oil change.
