I didn’t buy a car here but I called parts and wanted something sent to me and Jason was great! Very knowledgeable, nice, and my package was packed day of and sent over very fast!! Go in today to purchase and order a brand new Elantra with my best friend and his girlfriend. Just to learn quickly that these two men we dealt with were completely disrespectful and outrageously rude to with my best friend and his girlfriend. Just to learn quickly that these two men we dealt with were completely disrespectful and outrageously rude to us. I don’t even know where to start, but I sure can tell you that she wanted to save as much money on options/ unnecessary items as possible. With that being said Chris the sales associate decided to make a remark of “ it’s only $200, you can’t afford that? It’s like an extra dollar per week “ after we made it very clear we wanted white which is a free colour. She is a full time student and did not want to pay for anything unnecessary as mentioned already. On top of that they wrote out on a random piece of paper some fees such as locking lug nuts and tire/rim protection. We were quick to say we did not want either of them, then he (Chris sales associate) had the audacity to lie to us and say locking lug nuts were mandatory that all vehicles come with them and we don’t know why we’re talking about and he takes them off of the truck. We were a young group going in but most definitely not stupid… so he got an attitude and called one of the managers over named Steve (slicked back hair) comes over sits on the cabinet rips his mask off starts raising his voice and spitting out of his mouth from frustration onto us saying things such as “ you guys have a problem with the fees then deal with me “ so then he proceeded to go on about how building a car online is completely different than ordering in person after I had mentioned it’s a option online for the lug nuts, he was almost yelling causing a scene people looking at him and me and my friends making him look silly because he knows we’re right. So he walks away comes back with the new paper and has the lug nuts removed , still fired up. At this point it was such a bad experience so we didn’t want to make the sale for them. So we proceeded to get up and leave and ask him his name and he ignored us and kept walking. So we removed ourselves from the situation and never want to return there again. I do not recommend this place. Absolutely horrible and rude. It’s unfortunate because me and my 2 friends are young (20) and we feel we got taken completely advantage of and feel they tried to use scare tactics on us for the “ mandatory fees “ such a nitro in the tires as well. Like I said I didn’t know where to start, there was more that happen but you get the idea. Very unfortunate… More
