When I purchased my vehicle, the dealership was going to put an automatic remote starter in it for me. When I called the service department and spoke with Karen she said since she lives in the same town as put an automatic remote starter in it for me. Karen even went an extra step, since I had no vehicle to get home from work she offered to pick me up from work and drive me home. I have never had that kind of service from any other dealership before. I would give Karen a high recommendation for anyone to bring their vehicle to her to get their car fixed or what they need done. More

I visited this dealership with my Fiance when we were entertaining the idea of buying a new Hyundai Santa Fe. We had previously visited another Hyundai dealership and wasn't pleased with our visit so we decided to take a trip to AutoValue Hyundai in Niagara Falls. We went to see Lucia Moutilika as she had helped me early that year in August when I was looking to buy my Hyundai Elantra. We can't even begin to explain how wonderful our experience was. They treated us like family, we felt like they went out of their way to get us what we wanted at the price we needed. They weren't only extremely friendly but so professional and had a lot of knowledge which helped us make our decision. After making our decision on the vehicle they made SURE we were 100% aware of our warranty which came with the vehicle and any extended warranty options that were available for us without being pushy. We've never been happier when buying a car and we'll continue to not only buy our vehicles from AutoValue Hyundai but we will definitely be sending our friends and family their in the future. My wife dropped me off this morning for my regular service, she waited approximately 10 minutes before I came out and we departed. When I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car, I circled th service, she waited approximately 10 minutes before I came out and we departed. When I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car, I circled the front of the lot where my wife dropped me off and was pulling out when I heard someone yelling at me, I stopped and asked the man if he was yelling at me, he stated you can't leave your car there, I advised the man that my wife was in the car and pulling away, he continued talking and stated well she parked there this morning as well and she needs to move, I again said she is dropping me off and leaving, he continued to talk when I said I would never do business at this location again, his response was that up to you. For a General Manager I would expect more. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again. More

It has almost been one year that I got my new vehicle from AutoValue Hyundai Niagara Falls. I was head over heels with my "other" car and had a very hard time parting with it! I loved it! I was told that Ryan was very approachable and was not "pushy" and that I could ask him all of my million and one questions. That statement held true. My questions were asked and Ryan answered all of them. With Ryan’s help, the most suitable, the most appropriate vehicle was found that accommodated my three dogs and I! I love my new Veracruz! The dogs love it even more because they each get their own window and a heated seat in the winter! I cannot thank the AutoValue Hyundai dealership in Niagara Falls enough. I am in awe of this dealership and those who helped me the day i went to buy my 2014 Tuscan. It was a snowy day and about 4 months ago i had my first experience with this dealership and they were awesome the day i went to buy my 2014 Tuscan. It was a snowy day and about 4 months ago i had my first experience with this dealership and they were awesome then. I had a 2013 Elantra, which i really enjoyed however i just did not feel safe driving in the winter, i have always been use to all wheel drive vehicles and more of the SUV kind. On December 14th we were having a snow storm and decided we were going to trade in the vehicle. Matt along with Dean spent most of the morning finding the best suited vehicle with the budget i was working with. by the time i had picked out the car out, the weather got worse. Matt, the sales manager said to me "that we are going to get this loan approved and you are taking your vehicle home today...i want you to feel safe." In all the dealings i have had with various dealerships and purchases, i have never had anyone put my interests first. I cant express how i felt, but i felt cared for. I picked up my new vehicle that day a few hours later and drove home. It has been the best experience by far, that i have ever had, and i have already told many people about my story. Our little runabout was getting a little long in the tooth. AVH gave us more on trade, greater discount and better pricing on add-ons than anyone in the Niagara Region that we spoke with. They also realised the car we were looking at, although very nice was not the car we really wanted. We came up a little , they came down a little and we met in the middle on a car we are MUCH happier with! Ryan P. is an amazing young man who really makes you feel comfortable. I had actually shopped with him in the Spring and then changed my mind at the last minute as it was over my budget. I did tell him I'd be back. When I was back he didn't make me feel "oh gawd not her again" like several of my industry friends did. They didn't low ball our trade like many did and they respected my industry knowledge like many didn't. In the end it was my mum buying and financing the car so it was HER decision and the Veloster was the car SHE wanted and they made it happen. My Mum is 71 years old and they never made her feel like "an old lady" and they bundled up her new car in a beautiful bow for her. Mum is over the moon and so am I. My husband and I will be bring our KIA product to AVH to service now as well. Thank you Autovalue Hyundai! More
