Service with two smiles! Took my 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid in for the 96000kms service. And I knew it was the big one. When I walked in, I recieved a friendly smile and greet Took my 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid in for the 96000kms service. And I knew it was the big one. When I walked in, I recieved a friendly smile and greeting from Tina Kennedy. She was so please and polite. She went through everything they would do. She also flagged the recalls to be checked. She added the instructions I gave, about synthetic oil in the car, and she also recommended one other service that I had not done but needed. She came over to the waiting are five or six times to update me on the progress so far, and was apologetic that it was taking so long, but there was a ton of work. As soon as the car was done, she reviewed the bill, corrected a few charges, explained the work done and the results of the inspections. She pre-booked my next appointment. She took my payment and thanked me and shook my hand. Now, it's not often you can spend most of a day in the dealers service bay for under $1000. I did. Tina had a smile on her face all day, and has a great work ethic and sense of humor. She truly embodies all qualities of superior customer service. Her face must hurt by the end of the day! But what a pleasure she is and a great ambassador for a great dealership! I drove 117 kms to go to this dealership, dispute another dealer being within 2kms of my house. This dealership and staff are worth the drive for sure! More
