Horrible Payed $38000.00 cash for a car, was told would have it Thursday Dec 10 , it is now the evening of 14th and told still not sure when car will be ready, Payed $38000.00 cash for a car, was told would have it Thursday Dec 10 , it is now the evening of 14th and told still not sure when car will be ready, says nothing than can do it's the safety, why advertising certified cars? Not only am without a car as insurance off old car, have to cab from Brampton to Mississauga for work, but am paying insurance for a car that I have not yet received nor can they even give a date or do anything about, all of this for a seat belt, I'm sure there has to be a seat belt somewhere other than Korea .... Horrible!!!!!! More

Chen The Awesome Sales mab My wife and I were looking for a used car and Chen set us up with a 2014 Toyota Camry. We were so impressed with his attention to detail that we felt My wife and I were looking for a used car and Chen set us up with a 2014 Toyota Camry. We were so impressed with his attention to detail that we felt comfortable enough to buy a 2010 Toyota Matrix a week and a half later. Chen made sure that the detailing was meticulous and conscientiously satisfied all of our needs. I would recommend Auto Planet and Chen to anyone looking for a used car. Great experience This was my first time buying a car so naturally I was very nervous but Lavan at auto planet made the experience so easy. I had looked up their invent This was my first time buying a car so naturally I was very nervous but Lavan at auto planet made the experience so easy. I had looked up their inventory online and had decided on which car I wanted but when I got to the dealership in the morning, they informed me that the car I wanted had already been sold. I was so disappointed but Lavan assured me that if for whatever reason the deal didn't go through, he would let me know right away and I could put in an offer on the car I really wanted. Lucky for me, that's exactly what happened! Lavan called me the next day and told me the car I had my heart set on was available! I immediately put in an offer and Lavan made the whole process so easy. He really is a great sales associate who goes the extra mile for his clients! More
