Awesome First time experience This is my first car which I'm buying in Canada so, obviously, i was nervous and went to couple of other dealers but they didn't serve my purpose. Now as the day was coming to an end, that's when I came to Auto planet, and the moment I entered met with a lady at reception to get somebody assist me and here comes Mr Jaspal, cheerful, happy go lucky man, courteous & friendly, he has got tremendous knowledge of the different cars and helped me as per my need. He offered me test drives of all the shortlisted ones and infact I took 4 rounds of test drive before finalizing, For the whole duration Mr Jaspal was helping & understanding, he was not at all forcing me to make a decision which was the best part, I never had this kind of experience before buying a car; finally i did make a decision and booked a car then & there. I must say I had a fabulous experience and the man who made my day was Mr Jaspal. Keep up the good work. Thank you all the management and I will definitely recommend you guys and will continue to deal with autoplanet direct from now on.
