Vehicle purchase made easy My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in about 9 years; but, after visiting AutoPlanet last Saturday, meeting sales rep Nicole and looking at all t My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in about 9 years; but, after visiting AutoPlanet last Saturday, meeting sales rep Nicole and looking at all the wonderful vehicles available, we decided on a Fiat 500L, which we purchased today. Nicole made this process very easy and enjoyable for us. She was very knowledgeable, always was cheerful; and, most importantly, easy going and friendly. She answered all our questions; and, if she didn't know the answer, found out right away what we needed to know.
