All around excellemt experience! My husband and I were looking for a used vehicule as our was fading rapidly. We looked all over but somebody told us to visit Auto Planet dealership. When we arrived there, we were met by Felix Buschman. He asked us a few questions regarding what we were looking in a vehicule and then forwarded us to 3 different sizes of cars. He came with us to all our test drives. During the short drive, Felix was very patient with all our questions, He was also full of knowledge regarding all three type of cars and never steered us toward any of them. What I liked about him is that he was not pushy or demanding for any immediate decisions. As per our request, he left us alone for a few minutes so we could ponder our final decision. By the way, Felix was always cheerful, polite and that is the reason why we finally decided to go towards a sturdy car like a Fiat. Thank you to both Auto Planet and Felix Bushman for all your help regarding our choice in one of your many used cars. We certainly would recommand to everybody looking for a vehicule to asked for Felix at Auto Planet! More

Reasonable place to go. Mr. Jaspal dealt with me and helped me throught out from the word go. Overall the experiance was good and got exactly what i wanted. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN Friends, When I purchased the car a year back, I was the happiest customer of Autoplanet. But real face you will see , when you get in trouble. They installed the two wrong tyres on my car and which they were not willing to accept. luckily a car inside the Autoplanet had the two different tyres against the recommended.When i showed this to them, then they realised their problem. But they were not willing to replace the tyres. THE WORST SERVICE, I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. ITS THE AUTOPLANET, BRAMPTON. ONE MORE THING, THEY HAD GIVEN THE DUPLICATE KEYS TO US AFTER 4 MONTHS..
