This is my third Audi from Audi of Mississauga, and I have to say that Ken Duncan, is one of the key reasons as to why I keep coming back and I am now in my third vehicle from Audi. Every time he has made the process of getting into a new vehicle a pleasant and enjoyable one, and completely seamless. His attention to every detail, and follow-up makes him an exceptional salesperson. Assisting him in the transition process, I would like to mention Kaileigh Rador, she made the “administrative tasks” of any new vehicle pick-up actually enjoyable and was really great in showing me all the key features of my new A5 and answering any questions. Supporting Ken’s sales efforts, is a great Service Team.
