Ab and Pfaff Audi were recommended by someone we trust in the automotive business and everything we talked about was executed. Ab suggested to us that a 2012 vehicle would be a better option for us as the ve the automotive business and everything we talked about was executed. We were updated as to the car's location and when the estimated arrival would be. A small die-cast audi toy on display was coveted by my 8 yr old son when we first dropped by to see Ab and as we left Ab promised that when we would drop in to pick up our vehicle, the toy car would be there for my son. That was over a month ago. Sure enough the toy was inside much to his delight. Small touches like that go a long way. The whole new car buying experience was what we expected it to be and much more. His warm and friendly attitude made it so much easier. He took his time to explain various auto options, fin options, provided knowledgeable advice & info. Also, upon delivery the detailed intro to my white A4 & going thru all features even though I was rushing through it, but he ensured I knew all features before driving off. The two xxups after the purch & within one wk also extremely impressive. Lori's pleasant with her warm smile, and fantastic service delivery and efficiency made the steps that much easier.
