Incredible Sales Service!!! Mehmood Kalid at Audi Uptown (Markham) absolutely floored me. I actually had very high expectations walking into Audi as it was going to be my second vehicle purchase from Audi Uptown and the last person I dealt with was so good that I walked out of there with a deal signed within an hour. Keep in mind that I had already known that salesperson from Benz who scored me a fantastic deal years ago and did the same for me at Audi years later. So my bar was set high. My guy wasn't there as he moved on so Mehmood took care of me and he did an absolutely incredible job. He was highly attentive to my needs. He spent a great deal of time with me and on delivery he spent what I would probably say more time than he really should have. That's how good he is. You won't be disappointed with him. When you go there, please ask for Mehmood. I came to learn that he has extensive experience in vehicle sales with high end cars. I speak this highly of him and I can pretty much personally guarantee that you will be very happy with his service. Thank you Mehmood for surpassing my expectations. I am not easy to please but you did that easily. More

Worst Customer Service Audi Uptown has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't value their customers at all. They ignored us when we went in for a Audi Uptown has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't value their customers at all. They ignored us when we went in for a top up for my Q7. We were greeted with a simple "go inside" when we asked about getting a top up, didn't say where exactly or who to speak to. Girl at cashier's desk just kept pointing to a sign that said "Please ring the bell for assistance" without looking at us when we asked about getting our car topped up. And when we rang the bell multiple times no one ever answered, so we just left without getting a top up. The customer service level is nothing compared to Pfaff Audi. I highly suggest management to stop by Pfaff Audi to see what quality customer service looks like. This will be the last time I'll be visiting this location. More

Dissatisfy customer services I went into the service the other day, inquired about my warranty program which I’ve purchased when I got my car. My car is a A3 convertible, during I went into the service the other day, inquired about my warranty program which I’ve purchased when I got my car. My car is a A3 convertible, during winter time, there is a problem when I open the door as it got frozen. Because of this, the door got bent out on the lower corner. I went in and spoke with Damian, his attitude was very rude and didn’t want to help. He simply told me it’s not covered and nothing they can do about it. Then I mentioned there must be something wrong with the car design which causing the problem. I was asking him nicely to raise up my concerns, he replied impatiently; I can’t find a reason to persuade myself to help you submit your concerns, why don’t you teach me how do I say. His attitude and tone of voice were very bad and this is unacceptable. I can’t believe with a brand like Audi, I would get this type of services. I was very disappointed. I have 2 Audi now but I will not have a third one in the future and will definitely tell my friends and family not to come to this Audi anymore. More
