Unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless service representative team. I would give no star if I could! Purchasing the car was a good experience for me at first and I thought I would continue to representative team. I would give no star if I could! Purchasing the car was a good experience for me at first and I thought I would continue to purchase Audi cars going forward. Seems that is applicable only with the sales and finance team. I sent my car for some dents and rim repairs, i was told to bring it on certain date and I was told that it will take one week to get it done. I confirmed the proposed date by email. Surprisingly, when I took the car to the body shop I was told that they are not aware about the booking date, despite that the confirmation email was addressed to them. Still, they said it would be ready in about 5 days. I am now in the middle of the second week and the car is not ready. I called Audi service, all they know what to say is "Oh sorry, you need to wait" "Oh, we can not do anything with the body shop process" "Oh, we can not push the body shop" "Oh, you need to wait until the work is completed, and during the process there are issues and it will take time". I was insisting that Audi should find a solution because I can not stay any longer without a car, and still do not know when work will be completed. The Sales representative "Riyan" hung up the phone mid conversation after I was asking him for a solution. Instead of providing excuses defending the subcontractors, Audi need to train their staff to provide solutions to their clients who are paying tens of thousands of dollars to their company. One of the basic skills required as a customer sales representative is problem solving, which is a skill that none of these representatives possess. With such representatives it is obvious that the target of Audi is not their customer satisfaction; instead it is contractor satisfaction. This behavior made me decide not to purchase my new car from Audi, I have been dealing with Ford since 2017 and have never ever faced such a disrespectful, unprofessional, and careless team. You made me to realise the difference between Ford and Audi main interests (i.e sell = Audi) vs ((sell + customer satisfaction) = Ford) More
TL;DR – 24 hours for an oil change, $100K car returned to the customer covered in grease, and they don't give a sh_t. Stay away! In Nov 2022 I made arrangements for an oil change of my 2018 Audi at Audi Oakville. I dropped off the car at 10:15am and said ‘’you can have it for the day", thinking that was lots of time for an oil change. At 3:30pm that afternoon I received a text asking “is there any chance the vehicle is able to stay with us until tomorrow?” Mr. Lube can do an oil change in 20 minutes, but it takes Audi of Oakville 24 hours??? Yep, that what it took. This after booking the appointment weeks in advance! This is truly had to believe. I returned the following day to pick up the car, and because this exact thing has happened before, I wiped the steering wheel with a damp wipe. It was covered in grease! (again) Imagine what the rest of the interior was like. I went back inside to show the damp wipe covered in grease, and I received a blunt, rude reaction from the service dept. staff. THEY DON'T CARE. I was beyond frustrated. I dropped the greasy wipe and left. Took me 30 minutes to wipe down the rest of the interior and clean up the grease. I fully expected to receive a call and/or email from someone, anyone at Audi Oakville to follow up on this customer service nightmare. That call never came. Not only did Audi Oakville blatantly disrespect my property, it would appear they don’t even give a sh_t enough to call and say sorry. Then I complained to Sen. mgmt., I received an email back saying "some dirt is reasonable". So Audi Oakville thinks it is ok for a mechanic to drive your car with greasy gloves and greasy coveralls! Hard to believe. I will never return. More

It was a very scary experience and I'm sooo thankful that no kids were in the car when it happened. An error popped up on Thursday evening on the dash, "electrical system malfucntion", so we called the dealership immediately. They told us to call back tomorrow and arrange for an appt. I called back the next morning and they said for an urgent error like that, no need to book an appt. So I settled my baby at home and headed out an hour after I made the call. Luckily on my way to the dealership (10mins away), I made a quick stop at sbux for a cup of coffee and some food because the car started popping out error messages left, right and centre. After about 6 different error messages, the car screen went black and the car made a loud clunk noise and the wheels fully locked itself. From the sbux lot to where the Q7 broke down, it was less than a min drive and I was only 4mins away from the dealership. I used the roadside button in the car and called for help. Mid way through the call, it cut off because at that point, all the battery was used up. Luckily I had my phone and I called the dealership for the roadside number. After calling, I was quoted a 35min wait for a toll truck to come get me and the car. We ended up waiting 2hrs on a cold day for the car to get tolled. When I arrived at the dealership, it was 4pm and they told me they wouldn't be able to check the car until Monday because 45mins wouldn't be enough time to look into it. I then asked for a loaner vehicle and was declined one because nothing was available. So I thought for a weekend, it was ok to drive around in 2 cars since we have 6 at home and we only have a 5 seater at home. Then Monday came around and I called to follow up in the afternoon. I was then told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the repair because the part that they needed was backorder. So I then asked about a loaner vehicle again and was told they still have nothing but they can offer us a discounted rate on a rental from Enterprise. Its ridiculous to get this type of service because we are paying well over a thousand each month for the car and we are expected to pay for a rental of a van for 6 weeks out of our own pocket for an issue thats covered under warranty. And after this incident, I went online to see if others experienced something similar and it seems like alot of other Q7 and Q8 owners are going through the same thing. We tried calling Audi Canada who opened a case file for us and would get back to us the next day. After 3 days they called us back saying there is nothing they could do and for us to call Audi Finance or go back to the dealership to ask again. When we tried this advice, each party kept pointing fingers at each other between Audi Canada, Audi Finance, and the dealership with no one willing to help. The most frustrating part is everyone we speak to claims to sympathize and want to help us but cannot. So if you have an option, I would say stay away from Audi for awhile until they fix this issue because it's caused my family a huge inconvenience. More

I purchased my first ever brand new car at the Audi dealership in Oakville. It is also my first ever higher end vehicle. When I purchased the car the salesperson sold me the extra Audi care which w dealership in Oakville. It is also my first ever higher end vehicle. When I purchased the car the salesperson sold me the extra Audi care which was over a few thousand dollars and noted that the service would be amazing and that a bunch of extras were included and one of the "extras" was when I bring my car in for any service I would be given a loaner car. I require a car for my job at all times so this was a big selling feature for me to pay for the extra coverage. To date I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at the service centre. I am worried that the salesperson told me a bunch of lies to sell the car since my experience has been so poor. I have brought my Audi in for my first service to get the oil changed and on that service December of 2021. I was told there were no loaner vehicles available due to covid issues and shortages. I let this one go given the circumstances. Now a year later a red light warning message came up about the engine coolant and my manual said to bring in the car immediately and not to drive it. I brought the car in right away. I woke up early to drive the car in before work. I called ahead and the service department mentioned they are really backed up but to bring the car in given the seriousness of the warning. When I get to the dealership I was dealing with one of the service managers, from there they went on to tell me that they have no idea how long the service will take and my car could be there for up to a week. I let them know that I need a car for my job and since the vehicle is not safe to drive that I require a loaner vehicle as this is part of my Audi care service I pay for. They said they do not have any cars due to high volume and covid issues and loaner cars are on a first come basis.... I was never told this "first come" when I bought my car. I understand things can be out of individual control but I paid extra for something and every time I need to use it, it isn't available? That is unacceptable customer service when you pay extra for a service and pay a premium for these types of vehicles. Their solutions were to either take my car back and drive it which I could not believe they suggested given the manual mentioned it is extremely unsafe to drive with the warning that came on. The other solution was to call me a rental car from enterprise but that I would have to pay? I have already paid for the upgraded care package. Given I had no choice I asked for a ride to work by the shuttle but was told my location in Mississauga was outside of the range?? I have been left without a car and no solutions.... More

What can I say about this place? We reached out last week on a used 2020 Jeep as we are over an hour away. We suggested we could go all in at 40K. Victor the salesmen mentioned best We reached out last week on a used 2020 Jeep as we are over an hour away. We suggested we could go all in at 40K. Victor the salesmen mentioned best he could lower was 500 dollars it was priced to move. Since we reached out with an initial offer clearly showed we are very interested and asked if they were willing to work with us. The very next day, the price drops 1600 dollars. Do we hear at all from Audi, nope? We then reached out and talk to Scott (sales manager ) and expressed our concerns here on the lack of follow-up here, and willingness to work with the customer, particularly after a sales drop that we had been advised wouldn't happen. After a song and dance, about the pricing being set from head off, and other xx , Scott did say sorry on this. So we offered yet again to come and test drive such, and suggested Monday morning around 10:15. Remember we are driving just over an hr. So clearly interested. Get this, Victor tells us this isn't a good time for them they have a department meeting can we come after 12? WHAT, you're telling a customer who looking to buy a 40plus used vehicle during your posted working hours that time is not convenient for you? Sales must be great. Audi Oakville take your lousy customer experience and your used 40K Jeep and put it where the sun doesn't shine. This is by far one of the worse customer experiences I have ever been part of when looking for a vehicle. Based on other reviews is seem to be a pattern here. Enjoy your department meeting you likely just lost a 40K used vehicle sale. More
