No pushy sales ,no false commitments which i have faced at other dealerships more than once. Honestly i was very skeptical before buying the vehicle due to my bad experience with other 2 dealerships. Very transparent ,Finance and Cash price was the same. Delivered the vehicle on promised date. I would recommend anyone to this AUDI OAKVILLE without any hesitation. More
So full disclosure, my wife and I had actually lost a lot of faith in this dealership after an initial superb experience back in 2019 when leasing our first Q7 with them....that experience was a breeze. F of faith in this dealership after an initial superb experience back in 2019 when leasing our first Q7 with them....that experience was a breeze. Fast-forward 4 years to when the lease is up and we faced many issue - to cut a very long story short we'd tried to order a new Q7 on two separate occasions and were met with problems and quite frankly didn't feel we had the right level of engagement or attention with who we were dealing with. All of that changed when we met Kyrylo Haas in the sales department - this gentleman single-handedly won us over and being a good salesperson is hard enough but here he was dealing with frustrated customers from the outset and dealt with it superbly. At every step of the process he explained things very clearly and honestly and ended up getting us into a Q8 which we absolutely love. So my advice is this...not all salespeople are created equal...don't lost faith if you have one bad experience, ask to work with someone else and see if it changes. Kyrylo was fantastic for us and I can't recommend his services highly enough! More
14 years of great service, then this year … . 4 services in total on 2 separate cars, 2 poor jobs. Can’t trust them anymore to do a proper job the first time, or not cause other issues that did not exist before and blame everything else but… 1) routine oil change. Not so routine when it leaks 1 week later. In shop for 2 days then to figure out gasket got kinked. What car mechanic cannot cleanly change oils without cause several trips, and few days without the car? 2) steering key ignition broke, cannot turn key to start the car, stranded me at the mall. Towed to dealer to fix. Part took 4 weeks and finally fixed. Picked up car and on the way home noticed new red flashing on the display under drive letters, as well as burshing noise when turning, and car hood felt jammed. Service advisor tried to dismiss/lie the light.. ‘is just a service warning’, the hood latch is old and dirty, and then forcefully and quickly yanks the steering wheel side to side and says he heard no noise. Car was in great shape always serviced at that dealer for 15 years. After I loudly insisted nothing is as before, had a tech look at it overnight. Turns out the clockspring in steering is bad, but of course not their fault from dismantling the steering to fix the key way ignition cylinder… separate issue just went bad. The red flashing is some gear shift position sensors, again not their fault for throwing it in neutral to move the car from their back parking, but was damaged because tow truck guy popped leather gear shift cover to look for a switch. Hood latch you guessed it, not their fault, car is just old and dirty, $1400 ignition cylinder repair, but quoted another $3400 to get the car back to the shape it was before getting stranded at the mall. My husband and I arranged an 8:00 a. m. appointment for the 30,000 km/2 year service. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. The Service Representative applied a lot of pressure to me to buy their serv m. appointment for the 30,000 km/2 year service. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. The Service Representative applied a lot of pressure to me to buy their service plan, which I declined. I was told that I could not wait for the service to be finished. I was assured that the vehicle would be ready by noon. I took the shuttle service home. Despite my contacting the Service Representative about the vehicle being ready, it was not ready until 1:30 p.m. I told the Service Representative that my husband would be ready for the shuttle service. When my husband got into the vehicle, he was cross-examined about who he was and why he was there. My husband's name is on the ownership papers and there was absolutely no need for establishing our marital details, especially as I had advised the Service Representative that he would be picked up by the shuttle service. I am glad that we didn't purchase the service plan. My husband wanted to speak very briefly with the General Manager when he picked up the vehicle, but was not given the opportunity. More
ON GOING HEADACHE EXPERIENCE. It’s been less than TWO months since I have purchased a CPO vehicle from Audi Oakville. There is part missing from inside the vehicle, which th It’s been less than TWO months since I have purchased a CPO vehicle from Audi Oakville. There is part missing from inside the vehicle, which they still do not have the part for and the coolant sensor had popped up on the screen. I have been also noticing a sweet burning smell whenever I turn on the AC. Brought my vehicle to another Audi dealership today to diagnose these ISSUES. 1. Coolant was DANGEROUSLY low, way below the minimum line. Obviously upon delivery of my vehicle, the coolant was never topped up during their ‘300+ Inspection’ like the sales person said they would do. 2. The sweet burning smell? Carbon Filter was CLOGGED and it is NOT recommended I continue using my AC due to the quality of the air. This should have been fixed during their ‘300+ Inspection’. Thank you Audi Oakville…what have I been breathing in the last two months from my AC? Paid $180 to get these issues checked out which should have been taken care of in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. More
I looked at a Q5 on a Wednesday afternoon and booked an appointment on the following Saturday at 9:45 to go and test drive the vehicle and purchase it. Got to the dealership at 9:42 to find out that the sa appointment on the following Saturday at 9:45 to go and test drive the vehicle and purchase it. Got to the dealership at 9:42 to find out that the sales rep has some other customer who came in before my appointment, waited till 10:00 to find out some other customer is test driving the vehicle, sales rep is still with the other customer, I asked him how long it would take and his response was it will take a while. Then telling me that I need to wait to see if the other customer is purchasing the vehicle, I told I saw the vehicle on Wednesday and I want to purchase it now but the response was that he came in before you today and their policy does not let him sell the vehicle to me. All in all a wasted Saturday morning to find out that this dealership is not worthy carrying Audi brand! I will never again walk in to this place and wanted to let everyone know what kind of customer service to expect at this place. More
In the past, I have received nothing but stellar service from this dealership, however, my recent experience with Audi Oakville has left me with a very bad feeling. I brought my 2019 Q5 in to be checked ou from this dealership, however, my recent experience with Audi Oakville has left me with a very bad feeling. I brought my 2019 Q5 in to be checked out in order to receive a Safety Certificate and for a Diagnostic on a warning light on the dash. They were kind enough to accommodate my schedule, and allowed me to drop the vehicle off and leave it for a week since I was going out of town. So far, so good. Unsurprisingly, I received a message saying my vehicle required tires, brakes and another minor repair. I authorized the service rep to go ahead with those items, and then was told that unfortunately, there was more. The warning light on the dash indicated that I needed a new Turbocharger at a cost of approximately 5k, but wait, the worst was yet to come. They had no ETA for delivery of the Turbocharger. I was then told that this repair was mandatory in order to pass the Safety check. I contested this assessment but they were adamant. The total cost for this Safety Check would have been around $9500, if they could ever actually get the part. This situation would have left me totally stranded with no solution in sight. I elected to do nothing, since this made no sense to me. Instead, I picked the vehicle up, paid for the Safety Check labour and the Diagnostic effort, and left. After about 20 minutes of research, I found how to adjust the linkage on the Turbo to bring it back into spec and make the warning light go away. One 10mm wrench and 5 minutes of labour, Bingo, light gone, vehicle performing properly (which it was all along). I then took it to another garage for a Safety Check, $1500 for new tires and I had my Safety Certificate. I relayed this experience to the Service rep and to Management, asking for a refund of the charge for the Safety Check which I believe was at a minimum, inaccurate and unprofessional. No positive response was received. Needless to say, my next Audi will be purchased elsewhere, I have no problems with the brand. I have only one word to say about this experience at Audi Oakville Service Dept.............BEWARE !!!! More
not well run group. service never seems to know what the car is in, you have to tell the same story to several people before you are ready to proceed. The booking system service never seems to know what the car is in, you have to tell the same story to several people before you are ready to proceed. The booking system is terrible and the availability of service slots is also terrible. How can take 2 weeks to book your car in for a safety issue? They do wash the car which is nice, but it doesn't make up for the frustrating service experience. More
