Afterward he thoroughly explained all of the colour combinations and available options. The finance person was very thorough as well, explaining all the available extended warranties and protections. Unlike other luxury car dealerships I have dealt with there was no pressure to decide then and there. The salesman followed up several times to advise on the car's status in production and transportation, and the car arrived right on schedule. Prior to delivery the finance person called to review the warranty and protection plans one more time before I made my decision. The salesman picked me up on the delivery date, and gave me a thourough tutorial prior to my departure. He called a few days later to see if I had any questions, and invited me to come back to the dealership any time if I had any further questions. All in all a very pleasant experience, and all of my questions were addressed professionally. More

I patiently waited almost half an hour to talk to someone, who I may add had no clue.. Then when I was moved to his office.. The floor manager who kept randomly popping in (and could see my frustration.. And could care less).. Decided to ask me, when my Husband would be joining to look at a vehicle.. seriously. After sitting almost 2.5 hours and still no quote on my trade in.. And two test drives later. I had to leave, was promised that they would get back to me later that evening with the quote on a trade in.. Never heard. As he wanted me to come in for an appt, I was very specific that if I didn't heard.. I wouldn't come in.. So I called and left him a message.. NO return call..Yes stupidly I did really want that car.. So.. I sent TWO emails.. NO return. Yesterday.. I went and Bought my Audi A4 .. So lesson is.. Never under estimate a women.. And I wouldn't recommend this dealer to any body.. More

Didn't even try to help Went there to discuss a warranty issue with my car. Also needed to buy wiper blades and they were out of stock. They seemed more concerned over getting their month end inventory done. More
