Audi Midtown Best Ambassadors of the Audi Bran bar none I am a first time Audi buyer. I had been interested in the RS3 and S4 for some time. I was however hesitant towards the brand due to hearsay comment I am a first time Audi buyer. I had been interested in the RS3 and S4 for some time. I was however hesitant towards the brand due to hearsay comments about questionable customer service. I can't speak for other dealers but my experience has been nothing but fantastic at Midtown Audi. I am now hooked for life on both the vehicles and the dealership. First, I ended up at the dealership because they actually have every vehicle You want available for a test drive, unlike most other Audi dealers. (I drove 30 KM) even though I had another dealer 4 km from my house. I dealt with Farsad who was very knowledgeable, polite, and reserved. Never did I feel I was being sold something, only informed about the product. I hope to buy all my future Audi's from Farsad. Furthermore, after running into difficulties to obtain documents related to my trade in (from my bank) Joanne Leung (Financial Services Manager) stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure I can take delivery of my vehicle on time. It really is a team effort at this dealership. If you are going to buy an Audi, go to Midtown and see Farsad. You will not be disappointed. Also a great thanks to Cameron who was fantastic at showing us all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. Thank You Midtown Audi!!! More

Service Staff with no respect towards customers The service staff here are utter disgrace to Audi brand. The people who work here don not have proper education on warranty on the products they sell. My battery on 2017 Q3 died within 16 months of purchase. I took the car to this dealership and they tried to charge me for the battery when it was covered under Audi warranty. These people are rude and dishonest. I called Audi to complain about them and according to Audi customer service, the service manager was suppose to call me. I am still waiting for that phone call for the last 3 months. More

5 Star experience with Bill Yuan Though the S5 has always been my all-time favourite car design, I was originally planning to lease a Mercedes C43 or BMW 440ix because I assumed that Though the S5 has always been my all-time favourite car design, I was originally planning to lease a Mercedes C43 or BMW 440ix because I assumed that Audi's lease rate would be too expensive. However, after meeting with BMW and Mercedes, I made a spur of the moment decision to drop by Midtown Audi to checkout the new S5 & S5 Sportback, and met with Bill. Bill did an excellent job answering all of my technical questions and I appreciated his "soft sell" approach. Bill provided me with some preliminary quotes that surprisingly fit my budget. Suffice to say, I was pretty impressed and came back the next week to finalize the paperwork. More

Initially, the choice of using Midtown was due to their early times (6:30 am) so not impacting my work schedule. But it's been so much more than just the early openings. Jakub has been my advisor from visit 1 and he's looked after my car exceptionally well. Updating software and maintenance bulletins when required. Also addressing any concerns I have with my car (only had 2, radio settings resetting by itself and lumbar support on passenger seat needed replacing) without any hassles. My car has close to 55,000 km now and I've been very happy with the car and Midtown. Cost isn't an issue at this time since I purchased Audi Care. I put the Price rating at 5 Stars since I feel Audi Care is well worth it. More
