I leased my first Q3 from Audi Midtown Toronto in 2018, I've been very satisfied with the car as well as all the experience with all the staff including the service department, as a result I just went back I've been very satisfied with the car as well as all the experience with all the staff including the service department, as a result I just went back returned my old car and leased a new 2024 Q3, the salesman Mr. Pravin Rajagopal, was very clear and really took his time to explain all the transaction details and made me feel really comfortable during the whole process, at delivery time he demonstrated his full knowledge about all the features of my new beautiful car. Pretty disappointed with the service at this dealership and I would never buy car from here again or go to their service department. I bought a brand new 2023 Audi RS7 from Audi Midtown. When I went to p and I would never buy car from here again or go to their service department. I bought a brand new 2023 Audi RS7 from Audi Midtown. When I went to pick it up there were issues with the remote starter they installed which took hours from them to resolve and I never got any introduction to the car as a result. I emailed them to get an introduction to the equipment in the car a week later and no one responded. I then called for my first service appointment a couple of months later and I was told the first appointment they had was 3 weeks away with no flexibility for an earlier appointment. I then called Audi Downtown and they offered me a number of appointments in the following few days. Audi Midtown obviously doesn't need the business. More

I'm very frustrated with this dealership. I have an electric Audi and each time I bring it in for service I am assured that I will NOT be charged for gas. However, every time my credit card i I have an electric Audi and each time I bring it in for service I am assured that I will NOT be charged for gas. However, every time my credit card is charged for gas. I've complained to the service guy. I've complained to the enterprise Rent-A-Car guy. I've been reassured by both that the credit card charges would be reversed and that there would be no future charges on my credit card the next time I came in for service. I still get charged EVERY time and I have not been able to get any of those charges removed! So keep this review in mind if you own an electric Audi! More

Unlike Tesla, Ford and GM, Audi is unable to perform software updates over home Wi-Fi and requires instead from Audi should read this review first. Unlike Tesla, Ford and GM, Audi is unable to perform software updates over home Wi-Fi and requires instead that it be physically done at the dealership. Responding to a software update request, I left my 2022 Audi E Tron GT at Audi Midtown for the anticipated ‘2 hour software update’. It’s been five days now and the technicians are stumped on how to perform this task. A top level specialist technician has been called in from company headquarters and I’m presently awaiting their call. I’ve learned an important lesson here. A high-end EV is a sophisticated ‘computer on wheels’ that is best purchased from a technology company, not a legacy car company like Audi. This isn’t a plug for Tesla, but now I know better for the future. More
My experience at Audi Midtown was A++ from the beginning to the end! Simon Wai was professional and polite and everyone that I dealt with at this dealership was also great. I ordered the Navarra Blue Q5 SUV and I am very happy with my new vehicle. I was also happy that my first choice of colour and model was available. This car dealership is very large and this means that they have a larger selection of cars to choose from than other dealerships. I visited 4 other dealerships and Audi midtown was the best experience out of all places I visited. My vehicle was priced right and there was no high pressure sales tactics used, like I experienced at two other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised when my car arrived earlier than expected. I only had to wait 3 weeks for my new car and this is unheard of during these Covid days with Supply Chain delays. I also got a good trade in offer on my old car as well. I can’t say enough good things about the Audi Midtown team and Simon Wai! Thank You! More
When I arrived, I waited at the reception desk for 10min before someone assisted me and that person had assisted someone who came after me and was about to help another customer who also came after me. I waited 1.5 hours before being told that I had a nail in my tire, which I already knew and that the insurance I paid for to cover nails in tires was not valid because my tire was too warn out. In fact, even though I was in 6 months ago for a maintenance check, no one told me that my tires were getting old and should be changed. It turns out that the 2 front tires are unsafe and that the rear tires are barely safe. More
