Extremely bad service Staff totally unprofessional. Absolutely no respect toward client even though we bought a new Q5 there in 2012. After buying the Q5, I wanted to buy a A4 to replace my Volvo, the garage never got back to me and I bought a new Volvo S60. I never saw such a lack of professionalism. Pathetic... The good news is that the West Hunt Club location is really great; very nice staff and very efficient. More
Terrible Customer service We brought our car in for warranty paint repair. They gave us a 15 year old beater to drive around with the engine light on for 9 days. When we went to pick up our car, the attendant radioed the garage that we were here to pick up the car. The response on the radio was that our car was in the garage and we should walk over and get it. There was no one around when I got to the garage so I opened their bay door and drove my own car out. Has to be the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. More
Poor service When we arrived for a service appointment we were told we had cancelled it. Why would we have driven over two hours for a non existent appointment? Fortunately we had an email confirming our appointment with us. Even so, they had the car all day and nothing was fixed. The staff is very cold and aloof. Not once did anyone approach us or even smile or say hello. I have two BMWs and have always been treated extremely well when I go for service. I am always greeted and offered bottled water or coffee. I would think that my husband would be treated as well when he brings his Porsche into Mark Motors. No such luck. We will be making the much longer drive to Toronto for service from now on. More
Mark Motors (Porsche division) is a superlative dealership. Since 2011, when I purchased my first Boxster from Mark Motors on Montreal Road, I have received nothing but exceptional service and support from all Since 2011, when I purchased my first Boxster from Mark Motors on Montreal Road, I have received nothing but exceptional service and support from all the personnel I have had the opportunity to deal with. I am now onto my third Boxster and the after sales service just seems to improve as we get to know each other better. I'll grant you that I make an effort to be an agreeable customer, but that is only common sense when one is asking, or worse, demanding attention in order to resolve a nagging vehicle issue. Fortunately, I have never had any major problems with any of my Boxsters so this is not in any way a negative posting. To the contrary, my experiences during the purchasing phases and the subsequent service visits to Mark Motors over the years have convinced me that these people are dedicated professionals who are sincerely interested in making the overall Porsche/Audi ownership experience as pleasant and stress free as humanly possible. True, not everyone is happy with Mark Motors; however, no business establishment can boast a 100% customer satisfaction rating. That said, it is also illuminating to note that some of the more negative posts on this page are simply untrue - admitted fabrications and concoctions - or they are egregious exaggerations. I personally know both Michael Mrak, the General Manager, and Ted Rose, the Porsche/Audi service manager at Montreal Road well enough to know that if there is anything they can do, within reason, to resolve a customer issue and to make a situation right, they will do so. All the employees at Mark Motors, in my experience, take a great deal of pride in who they are, what they do and how hard they try to satisfy their customer's expectations. While there are some clients who will simply not be pleased no matter how hard they try, in the main, this is a small, close knit dealership that deserves recognition for selling a quality product as well as credit for providing the requisite sales and service backup that the clientele of such an establishment expect. Poor Service Department I own a 2010 Audi A4 S Line sedan. I went in to get a noisy wheel bearing looked at, along with a steering shudder while parking. Both have been well documented online within automotive enthusiast forums as areas of concern for early failure. I bought this car used this summer, so have only owned it for about 6 months. Car was a lease return, and was in excellent shape with just under 100k KM. I purchased it from Niquet Audi in Montreal as a Certified Audi Used car. This gave me an additional 2 years or 60K of factory warranty. My buying experience with Charles there excellent! Well worth the two hour drive from Ottawa. Bernie works at the service counter, I immediately sensed a bit of attitude from him when I mentioned the applicable Audi service bulletin for the steering wheel shudder, and that I wanted to know if the previous owner had already had it dealt with. I also asked him if he would be able to confirm if all recall notices had been looked after since I didn't really know much about the car history. I have to commend Jason the Service Manager for stepping up to the plate. On his own accord he took over from the front line service counter rep, and has been dealing with me since. Trying to help me get my steering problem covered under warranty. When Jason had called me I had given up on Audi and was ready to replace the steering rack at my own expense of about $3000. Audi still have not committed to covering the steering problem under warranty, but at least I now feel like someone from the dealership is trying to help me out. Kudo's to Jason. More
Superficial staff and management i have a Nissan Murano, and it has been a month that i have decided to buy a bigger SUV, i chose Q7 and did my research online then I went to this loc i have a Nissan Murano, and it has been a month that i have decided to buy a bigger SUV, i chose Q7 and did my research online then I went to this location to check it out closely. i went there with my casual clothing (jeans, jacket and boots), they even didn`t approach me to say hi, 5 minutes after me a couple came in with formal attire and they were all over them complimenting that couple`s suit and dress. I end it up leaving and heading to Toronto to buy one there. The amazing thing is that they noticed me but ignored me completely although i tried to establish eye contact. More
POOR SERVICE BE AWARE WITH SERVICE HERE I bought a brand BE AWARE WITH SERVICE HERE I bought a brand new Q7 Audi , after 3 mount of use I got problem with my chair for noise and some not working part ...I called several times for getting appointment ...after being waiting on line many time with no direct answer and leavening massage ,the never call me back . finally I went there and got an appointment ..at my appointment the person on the desk , was showing nice and supper supper.. respecting and fake smiling...Repeating my name 100 times and you know what I mean by that.....they keep my car there for several days working on it, when they call me to take my car back, I saw my car inside and outside terrible .. inside of my of my car is" beige color" ,so can you imagine how does it look with '' black finger prints'' all over the chair they where working on !!!!! out side which suppose to washed and clean...was amass..I call the person there and I show him , he look at it an said oh this is noting me this is all I can do. He took my car again and take it for cleaning he bring it back and he gave me the keys , I found it the same .....still this big black spot is on my chair ..after 2 days the chair start to make noise again .. because of being busy I could not get back to them....I just wanted to let you guys know this story to think twice before make decision to buy car from them ..the most you pay for those beautiful car is BECAUSE OF SERVICE. this is my experience with service we promised to have. More
To be honest, I am extremely disappointed with Mark MOtors. I went in to test drive the Audi Q5, and this was on the top of my list. Customer service was fine while I was there, but unfortunately I needed to leave the dealer after the test drive. I mentioned to the salesman that I was still very interested and would contact them via email/phone on next steps. I then sent an email, and left a voice mail, and I never got a call back. To me this seems unacceptable for a dealer that sells premium cars. But I guess since this is the only Audi dealer in the Ottawa area they think it is ok to act snobby. I can't believe that Mark Motors sales have not had basic training in Sales and etiquette. More
I had an amazing time dealing with Holli these past couple of months while shopping for my new A5. Holli was able to give me all the facts about my new car as well as the facts of the competition to h couple of months while shopping for my new A5. Holli was able to give me all the facts about my new car as well as the facts of the competition to help me make the right decision for me and my family. Not only was she very knowlegable, she was also a lot of fun to speak to. She worked well with her team to secure the price that I was looking for and made sure that I understood all details of the contract. After the sale, Holli made sure that I was introduced to the rest of the Audi Family in the event that she was absent. I was also introduced to the Audi Services team incase any after sale care or oil changes are required. I would recommend Holli and Mark Motors to anyone that is in the market for a new Audi. Give them a shot, you wont be disapointed. Thanks Holli! More
