And, who doesn't love a complimentary car wash - it always looks great and they even take the time to wipe down the inside of my car and clean out the dog hair. I have driven a VW for over 10+ years and dealt with Crosby every time, and I don't foresee switching anytime soon. Jeremiah was professional, prompt to answer my questions, and went above and beyond - from coordinating (thank you Rashid) the pick up of my car to have the hood guard installed, giving me another A3 to drive in the meantime, then Jeremiah made a special trip to drop off my manual and dog hammock. This was very much appreciated! I look forward to continuing my business with Jeremiah, and the Audi Kitchener-Waterloo team. Thank you!
