Awful! I purchased my Q5 in Newmarket, but I live in Barrie. I figured I would just get an oil change in Barrie to save on the drive. I called numerous times I purchased my Q5 in Newmarket, but I live in Barrie. I figured I would just get an oil change in Barrie to save on the drive. I called numerous times to book an appointment with no return phone call. I had to drive there to make the appointment. When I dropped my car off (11am), they told me they would call me as soon as it was done. I had to call them at 430 (as they close at 530). They said it has been done for hours but the guy that did it went home due to an emergency. Well where was everyone else who works there? Did everyone go home? Who took over for this guy?. Was I just suppose to leave my car there until someone realized there was an extra car sitting around? When I went to pick up my car, I got in and my washer fluid still said low....But the checklist said it was filled up??? What else wasn't done that has been checked off..... I could have dropped my car off twice in Newmarket in the time I waited around my house for it. More

First class dealership!! I really cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I have bought quite a few cars over the years from almost every brand. I know what I wan I really cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I have bought quite a few cars over the years from almost every brand. I know what I want, and I also know what I don't want. I stopped into Audi after a friend told me that she loved her Q7. The salesperson I dealt with (David) spent about 6 hours in total over the course of a couple of days answering any and all questions that I had with myself and then my husband. Even though I had ordered a Q7 (which would take a few months to come in based on what I wanted), he continued to search for inventory until he found one BEFORE my order came in. The vehicle was beyond any of my expectations and the day we picked up our vehicle they treated us to a showing of our vehicle before we signed paperwork and congratulatory gifts! The staff were easy going and very proffessional. My husband was even temped to trade in for an Audi after seeing how wonderful we were treated. You will not be disappointed if you go to Audi Barrie! More

Before writing this review I read some of the negative reviews for this dealership. "STORY THAT YOU SHOULD READ BEFORE YOU GO THERE.... NO...NO.." made me cringe. Unfortunately, this person had someone who beat them to purchasing a car. Audi Barrie had listed this car as a great deal. Someone got to the dealership to purchase the car before they showed up. Get over it. Someone bought the last box of Oatmeal Crisp (on sale for $2.99) just before me Sunday. Does that make me now resort to criticizing the grocery establishment? No, absolutely not. I'm not a child. I've seen good dealerships and bad ones. Audi Barrie is a good dealership. They took care of my vehicle needs and they were professional and courteous. Anyone can write a seemingly clever review bashing an establishment because they didn't get the result they wanted. What everyone should ask is; was my expectation realistic? More
Great new dealership! Great building with amazing staff. My sales rep (Bard Hansen) and the sales manager (Jamie MacArthur) were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Well I had to wait few days to call them after holiday and on Tuesday, January 03, 2017, I made a phone call and asked about this car and asked if it is available to see and test drive, the sales representative, "BRADLEY HANSEN" Introduced himself as the person who is in charge of selling this vehicle and he told me he would make sure the car would be ready by the time I get there, " I would make sure the vehicle warms up for you", his own words. As I had to travel from Toronto with no car ( it was 9:30AM a rainy day ), I googled the address ( 2484 Doral Drive, Innisfil ) and I found that there is NO WAY for me rich this place by public transportation so I end up" RENTING A CAR "... Our appointment was between 1-2 PM. I was 10Km away from dealership that I received a phone call from Brad, Brad, " Hi, where are you? Are you on HWY 400" Me "Yes what up?" Brad, " Oh man I don't know what to say someone just walked in and bought the car, I'm sorry".... Me " Are you for real? We spoke on phone, we have an appointment, you made a promise that the vehicle would be ready by the time I get there, I rent a car and it is 1:10PM and our appointment is between 1-2PM and I am on time..." Brad, " Sorry man, I don't know what to say..." I went down to dealership because I was already there. After 1hr/20min driving I thought there must be a manager or someone above him to consider and discuss this matter... Well let me make the story short... They sold the vehicle... They wast my time... They didn't care...( Let me be fare they offer me water or coffee )... For their benefit they will do that t YOU too. DON'T TRUST THEM PEOPLE, even if they sell you a car they might cheat on something else, warranty or.... Avoid this dealership such a shame for brand like Audi... BTW: Please don't replay to my massage Innisfil, Audi Barrie with nice sounding and fake smile that you care... You did care only when I called you to sell me something, Your story is Shameful... Bad! Really bad!! I had 2011 A6. They were trying to find vibration on that car for 11 month!! Car was parked almost 2 months there. Finally i got tired (and my warr I had 2011 A6. I recently bought a 2017 Audi A4 trading in my 2015 Audi A3 that I was not happy with due to the previous dealership and all the people involved in th I recently bought a 2017 Audi A4 trading in my 2015 Audi A3 that I was not happy with due to the previous dealership and all the people involved in that sale. However with the new dealership came all new staff and a great experience. Danielle sold me my A4 and she was just incredible. She knows her stuff. She did everything she could to get me in my dream car. With the help of Jeremy and Leslie I was able to drive away with my new A4, nothing but pleased with the service and the final result. Thank you Audi Barrie for such a wonderful experience buying my new car!! More

I can promise you I will never ever be returning there to have my vehicle serviced and I would rather drive to Newmarket or Toronto. I will for sure be spreading the news to my other friends about the horrible experince at this dealership. I can't believe how they treat people I can only imagine how their employees are treated. Until there are changes I will not be going back. Zoe is not in the right job to be dealing with public. Maybe a change would do that dealership good. More

He uses all of the tricks to get customers to pay more than they should. I would avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately I did not check out the reviews before buying from them. If I knew then what I know now then I would not have visited this dealership. I assumed that Audi would be more selective of who represents their product but this is not the case. The manager should be fired. Reading the other reviews on this site I am now very hesitant to take my car back for anything. The old location of this dealership had a ton of problems, so far this one is not getting started on a good foot. It's sad to see they they resort to trickery in order to make a higher margin not realizing that you lose more than 1 customer by doing so. More
