It only starts there tho, I also worked closely with Aaron in financing, and let me tell you he was thorough and detailed with every tiny detail or question I threw at him. Pick up day, again was stressful on my end, but once I got there I felt the red carpet was once again rolled out for me, and every detail was answered prior to me even asking about it, and I cannot thank them enough!! The bow on my new car with a few Audi merch was also a nice touch and appreciated!!! Now in my dream car, all thanks to Daniel, and Aaron!!! Definitely worth the drive from London 6 out of 5 stars!!! I wanted to share our experience dealing with James Marlow at Audi Barrie: We are big fans of Audi having owned several and we are trying to figure out if we want to try one of the new "mild hybrid" Marlow at Audi Barrie: We are big fans of Audi having owned several and we are trying to figure out if we want to try one of the new "mild hybrid", PHEV versions of the Q5... or perhaps a full Electric Q4 James was patient, informative and let us test drive not one but two vehicles (no PHEV in stock or it would have been 3) My wife and I are 58 and we've dealt with dozens of car sales people through the years - James is the best w have ever dealt with. Period. He is informative, attentive, courteous, and not pushy at all. IMO he should be teaching other sales people "how to do their job". I think that about sums it up. More
