I really appreciated our salesperson and his energy. He really loves what he's doing and that's fantastic. I want to know how much I am spending on a car. All I was ever told was the biweekly payments NOT the total amount I would be paying or the financing charges. They kept trying to close a deal before we had time to talk the numbers that it basically scared me away from ever coming back or recommending these guys to anyone. That's a shame because our sales person was a nice guy. More

The dealership is open and friendly. Zora worked really hard to make the trade-in work. It took a couple of months, but she came up with a package that allowed me to trade in my lease early. Yesterday, I was in the market for a Forte and was pleased to see that Zora (the salesperson) was working that day. Once again, Zora listened attentively to what I wanted in a car and went to considerable lengths to ensure that I was happy with the car that I ultimately ended up buying. She asked me if I was going to trade in Zora the Soul for a new car and I said "no way". The Soul has given us great service, just as Zora the saleswoman did. I'm very happy with my new Forte and have high regard for Zora Layegh and the team at Applewood Kia Langley.
