In 2012, we bought a new Kia Soul and Zora Layegh was our saleswoman. We were really impressed with her service and her care for us that we decided to name the Soul after her. Yesterday, I was in the market for a Forte and was pleased to see that Zora (the salesperson) was working that day. Once again, Zora listened attentively to what I wanted in a car and went to considerable lengths to ensure that I was happy with the car that I ultimately ended up buying. She asked me if I was going to trade in Zora the Soul for a new car and I said "no way". The Soul has given us great service, just as Zora the saleswoman did. I'm very happy with my new Forte and have high regard for Zora Layegh and the team at Applewood Kia Langley. I have no hesitation in writing this recommendation and will certainly encourage any new car buyer to go check the Kias out. You'll be pleasantly surprized! More

He offered us to take the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. After the test drive we went over the vehicle, and he answered any questions we had. I liked the fact that he was never pushy, and allowed us to come to our own decision. We went home and later that night returned. Noal at that time was not in the office so we spoke with Zora. She was very friendly and helpful with placing our offer. At that time we were given options to think about, and decided to go home to think things over. We kept in touch over emails, and then my husband went in again and discussed a few more things with Noal, being open an honest through out the entire process…we felt that Noal was being that way with us as well. You don't get that feeling always with dealers. We then came to the decision to purchase the vehicle. We contacted Noal and he arranged to have Zora meet us at the dealership to finish the deal. She was very helpful and very excited for us. She had actually gone home and came back for us. I felt that there was great teamwork there to get the deal done as quickly as possible. It turned out that I was able to drive my vehicle home that night! I was very surprised that we would be able to take my new vehicle home that quickly. Zora recognized the fact that I was not shopping for a car, but at the dealership to decide which car and which dealership was going to win my business. We got right down to the business with a two vehicle test drive without any salesmanship or nonsense and within a very short time, I knew where and from whom I was going to buy my next new car. Zora worked hard with her associates and the sales manager to get the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. She was most professional, precise and pleasing to deal with. Zora has a very good knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in, and made no attempt to change my mind or up-sell me in any way. I appreciated this very much and I could tell that we had a mutual respect for each other and why we were sitting at the table together. This was my 6th visit to the dealership in the past couple of years. Our family is expanding of and we desperately needed a larger vehicle, but have not been able to find what we want with payments th couple of years. She made us feel comfortable and allowed us to view a few different models that we were undecided on. She made it easy to test drive the vehicles which allowed us to narrow down exactly what we wanted. I have to admit we had a tight budget and i did not think that we would be purchasing a vehicle that day. Zora worked really hard to make the payments manageable. Very happy with our car buying experience at Applewood Kia Langley. Brad was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
