Applewood Cadillac

Purchasing my EV from Applewood Cadillac was a smooth experience, but the after-sales service has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When my vehicle’s internet connectivity stopped working, I called to book a service appointment and was told I would have to wait three weeks because there was no EV technician available. After waiting three weeks, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to discover that Cadillac service wasn’t even being handled in the main Cadillac facility. Instead, I was directed to the general GM service area. I was then told to leave my vehicle and obtain a rental from the on-site rental company. Since I had purchased a premium Cadillac EV, I requested an EV or at least a comparable premium replacement vehicle. I was informed that neither was available, and I was given a basic vehicle with none of the features or comfort expected from a luxury brand. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of customer care. I tried repeatedly to speak with the Service Manager, Cadillac Manager, and General Manager, only to be told that all of them had stepped out. After multiple follow-up calls, a manager finally contacted me, not to address my concerns, but simply to suggest that I contact GM Customer Care instead. A luxury dealership should provide a luxury ownership experience, especially after the sale. Unfortunately, Applewood Cadillac failed on every aspect of customer service: long wait times, poor communication, lack of EV support, inadequate loaner vehicles, and management that appeared unwilling to take responsibility. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a premium ownership experience. If you value customer service after the purchase, I would strongly suggest considering another Cadillac dealership. More
